Alaric : I nod. "Do you want Irvin to take you home later, or do you want to stay here?" I ask, i look outside the window for a brief moment. The rain is too hard for her to go too far and its much too late for her to go out on her own.

Kody: I let out a deep breath and open my eyes and look up at him. "Can i sleep on your couch tonight? I swear i'll be out by tomorrow morning," I smirk.

Kody: I nod slowly, then attempt --successfully this time-- at getting up and start heading for his room, i stop on the way in. "Goodnight Alaric," I call over my shoulder before pacing over to his bed.

Alaric : I wave at her, "Goodnight," I say and walk over to the couch. The popcorn is still there- and uneaten. I roll my eyes and try to get comfortable.

Kody: I slip under the covers, smiling to myself as my tense body relaxes. and it smells like him. I run my fingers over the pillow case, biting my lip. Alaric really was a good friend -- amazing, really. i was really going to...miss him...i gulp, realizing that tears were starting to leak from my eyes. i wipe at them and turn on my side, closing my eyes tightly and trying to force myself asleep.

Alaric : The phone beeps besides the table. I fall off the couch with a loud bang just trying to get it in time. I sigh and rub my ear, it did that folded in thing again but i couldn't move it. I flipped the phone open again to read out

"I'll be there soon. I love you, Alaric. -Irvin"
I blushed and cussed at myself for being such a bad person..

Kody: I yawn, turning over and letting out a long deep breath. No one woke me up this morning. i actually felt rested up. and--
i stiffen when i realize i don't remember where i am. i sit straight up and look around. Oh, i was in Alaric's bedroom. no big..deal. wait.
i look at the clock; 8 am.
jeez. i haven't been up this early in weeks. I get out from under the covers and head for the kitchen. My headache was still hanging around. hangovers. you gotta hate them.

Alaric : I dream of nothing. The funny thing was i knew i was dreaming. When i finally reached the inbetween place of being asleep and awake i felt the hard wooden floor up against my back. So i had slept on the floor? Why would i do that?

Kody: I pause, was Alaric just...i take a few steps back and peek into the living room. I smirk, chuckling. "Is that comfortable?" I ask him lightly.

Alaric : I finally look up. My ears go back as i feel something moving besides me. When i turn around i see Irvin, his head on my stomach, I raise my eyebrow at him then i glance back at Kody. "Mhm," I lie. then flick irvin on the nose.

Kody: I nod slowly. "yeah, sure." and i keep heading into the kitchen. I grip the counter's edge as a message forces it's way through my brain. ow!
Where. are you?!
looks like mom noticed my disappearance.
I send back, just stayed over at Alaric's cuz it got late.
i get a message back right away.
Um this is jason. tht guy from the other night? yea. im supposed to tell you to get home.
I glare at the screen i'd pulled up in front of me before shoving it aside so it disappears. just great.

Alaric : "Don't do that," I say to irvin who rolls over and falls back to sleep. I get up and go over to Kody. "What happened?" She sounded a little frantic a minute ago.

"I just gotta get home." I say quickly, starting to push past him to find my jacket.
