Kody: I stare at him, catching my breath. "I..I won't," I murmur, a small smile playing at my still tingling lips. "I promise."

Alaric : I nod. "Do you want to go back or do you want to go somewhere else?" I ask her, looking at the exit.

Kody: I unwrap myself from him and take a step back. "Somewhere else. Anywhere but back to that party," i say hastily.

Alaric : I glance back at her, "The park or the lake or my house, your house?" I shrug. It didn't matter where we went. I just wanted to get out of the hospital

Kody: I scratch the back of my head. "The lake? I haven't been out there in ages," I smile to myself.

Alaric : I nod and hold out my hand for hers. When she gives it to me i lead her out into the rain and then the car.

Kody: when we get in the car, i run my fingers through my soaked hair.
"Maybe the lake isn't such a good idea..." i glance over at Alaric. "We could go to your place if you want to. I'd rather not go to mine," i grimace.

Alaric : I nod and tell the driver, after that i text Irvin to get going home.
Irvin....my ears droop. Had i just betrayed him?..

naw i was reading that cuz i ish watching Episode 2 of the Devil May Cry anime. O.O It ish good. and I was like AWWWW with Alaric and Kody.

Raela: I nod, "I mean. I can kind of see that but he seems like he is rude to people he doesn't even know."

Kody: I look over at him and see his face. I knew he cared about Irvin and i was pretty sure i'd just gotten between that. I swallow hard. can you see how leaving now would benefit a little? yeah.
"If you want to, you can just drop me off at home you know. I'm sure my mom won't be home until much much later." I smirk half heartedly and roll my eyes.

Irvin : I nod. "People annoy him. He doesn't like to waste memories with people he doesn't care about," I offer. It was a semi logical way of being. Alaric wasn't like other teenagers. I blink when i hear my phone beep. I glance down at the text.

Come home. Kody is with me now. Thats an order. -Alaric.

I smile. "Well kody is with Alaric now. Goodbye," I tell the girl.

Alaric : I shake my head. We're already at my house. Then i sigh. "If you want to be away from me now i understand. Tell the driver if you want to go home" But if you want to come inside you can come inside, i think but i don't say. I walk out into the rain and press the elvator door button.

Kody: I watch him go for a moment before thanking the driver and following after him. I come up beside Alaric silently and look around the lobby absently. Maybe i was selfish. maybe i wasn't. i just knew i needed my best friend right now. i look over at him for a second with a faint smile.

Alaric : I hold her hand again and step inside. "This has been quite the day," I say, pressing the button to go up to my apartment.

Kody: I look down at the ground and nod in agreement. "It has. Not to say that all of it has been horrible," I exchange a glance with him before pulling him along when the elevator doors open at his floor.

Alaric : I open the door expecting to see irvin around. but no one is there. i try not to look like i care and go sit down on the couch, exhaling loudly.

Kody: I take off my jean jacket and hang it up. "So, do you want anything? I was going to get something to drink," I ask, pausing just outside the kitchen door and looking at him. he looks dead tired.

Alaric : I shake my head softly and let it fall into one of my hands. "No, don't worry," I say. i was just tired. I didn't know how much longer i could stand with out resting well.

Kody: I hesitate another moment before continuing on to the kitchen. I grab a glass out of the cupboard and fill half of it with ice before going over to the sink and letting the glass fill almost to the brim with water. I sip at it carefully for a few seconds before just gulping down mouthfuls of it. i set the glass back down on the counter and lean against it.
I think about staying tonight. i don't really want to face my mom. and i'm sure Alaric would let me sleep on his couch. I slide to the floor, leaning against the cupboards and closing my eyes.

Alaric : I look at my watch. Funny, she should have been back by now. Both of them. I stand and go over to the kitchen, seeing as shes on the floor. "Headaches?" I ask, folding my arms together. She looked bad...i really wished she wouldn't have had that drink.

Kody: I nod wearily, my forehead creased. "I'll be fine in a few minutes," i assure him quietly.
