Drue:

I slipped out of the house and changed, a leopards form appearing where a girl's once stood. I started running, just for the sake of running, just for the sake of being free. Soon leaves and pine needles crunched under my paws, and I took a deep breath of forest air.

Aqua: I felt someone nearby. Darkness swarmed them. I searched for their whereabouts, hoping that I wasn't too late. I jumped to the tree next door, "You okay?'' his eyes were a silver, really shiny and bright. I guess they lured me in.

Drue:

I heard the sound of voices near by, and followed the sound. I waited until I had started to leap into the tree to change, becoming human in mid air. "Hello?" I asked quietly.

Aqua: "Hi." I said simply. I looked at the boy... He was that Falkner. I sighed and jumped to the same branch as him, "Your friends looking for you."

Falkner struggled to regain control. It was difficult to do with the new memories swimming around his mind. The two girls did smell much like lovely little Jeanne... (Jeanne Boulet. I suggest you google search her and the Beast of Gevaudan. Very interesting history. )

Aqua: "You okay?" I reached out my arm to touch his shoulder.

When Falkner tried to speak, a wolfish snuffle came out. Doubling over, he began to shift against his conscious will. Why, oh, why hadn't he eaten anything that day? The shift was complete, he was now a huge black Wolf. His solid silver eyes snapped up to stare at the girls. Because humanoid flesh is so much better, the Wolf in him growled.

Aqua: *You don't want to do that.* I told his mind. I whipped open my wings and smiled, readying dark and light, each on either hand. I knew he didn't have a control. At least I could help him buy him time to get himself together...

[BariJoy]

The Wolf bared his teeth and snarled, hackles raised. Huge claws protruded from his paws. His silver eyes glinted as he pounced.

Aqua: I dodged out of the way, tucking my wings in, I didn't want to fight. I pulled the shadows up and enclosed us; my environment.

The Wolf stood stock still as shadows enclosed them. No matter, he worked just as well in the dark. Falkner was still struggling to gain control. Eating a humanoid now, was just as against Wolf Code as eating a human was in the 1400s. He didn't need to break the law again.

Falkner gained some form of control. He forced himself to sit, which was surprisingly difficult.

Aqua: "What was that about?" I asked, dismissing the last shards of Dark.

"Ah... old memories," Falkner tried to explain, "Ancient, really. Of one Jeanne Boulet and the village of Gevaudan." Damnation, did he really just say that? He'd successfully faded from history. The last thing he needed was for old rumors to resurface.
