Jac: I wiped around to the voice, and sent a shock through the ground, and up to her heart. "Wren? A little help?" This woman was trouble.

Wren: I looked up to where the girl was, and my eyes darkened. I focused on the ground beneath her until vines started to sprout, and wrapped around her legs.

Ashlyn frowned when she saw the girl. She hadn't planned on a female being here. She had been hoping it would be a simple feed and leave. Just my luck, she thought. A blind boy and his girlfriend.

Jac: I sensed another woman, in the outskirts of the clearing, I didn't touch her, but warned Wren. "Honey." I tried to keep my voice smooth. "Theres another one to out left." Electricity tingled all around me, ready to be released.

Wren: Fury burned inside me, I let the vines crawl up the woman's body, constricting tighter and tighter. I didn't see anyone else, but started growing whip like vines around me and Jac. then I found her, I felt her leaning against my apple tree, slowly I conformed the branches down, beginning to trap her in them.

Ashlyn drew as much water from the air as she could. It hardened into icicles and slashed the vines surrounding her.

Wren: As she broke through I let my whips lick at her, hitting her swift and quick.

"It's quite obvious I'm not welcome here," Ashlyn said. She waved her hand and a tiny icicle pricked the boy's neck. It drew a drop of blood. It flew back to Ashlyn. She sucked the blood off the icicle and smiled. "You'll be mine now," she whispered. She vanished in a swirl of mist.

Jac: I felt as everyone came to a standstill, but something wasn't right, I kept losing the energy of the girl in the shadows.

Wren: My anger bubbled as she slashed at the vines, but more came to replace them. "What do you want?" My voice snarled in my throat.

Jac: She was gone before anything happened, except a small prickle at my neck. Wren came over quickly, telling me about her. She was a vampire, great.

Wren: I grew one of my favorite plants, it's purple tinged leaves would heal anything. As I soaked the juice onto Jac's neck, they healed. It took years to develop this plant, and its all worth it as I see the pricks heal up in seconds. If that crazy woman ever came back she wouldn't be leaving, especially with my Jac.

Wren: Thorns and more whipping vines sprouted from my anger. "Leave," I snarled, "I don't want to fight." I stared at Jac, Who had fallen asleep on a soft bed of grass.
