Renji held Ashina's hand as they headed toward her monthly doctors appointment. Since everything that has happened, Isshin thought it'd be best if she came in once a month.

The baby pushed on his cheeks a little, giggling. She then cooed a bit, looking around. Tears then began to fill her eyes as she reached up at him. There was an overwhelming amount of spiritual pressure, one that seemed so familiar and ancient at the same time.
