Mina felt anger in her heart and jealousy. She always feared men in an odd way. To her, they seemed to control you and take you away from your responsibilities. When she looked over things with her perspective, Lacie left her to be with Roxas. But when she looked over these things, with her heart's perspective, Lacie was inlove and didn't mean to leave her.

She was always scared her friend would leave her again. Ventus looked just like Roxas, what if HE was going to carry on what Roxas did? Lacie didn't understand her feelings yet. She was less open now, stubborn and easily broken.

She slid her hand into Lacie's and didn't cry. She wouldn't. She kissed her friend's forehead and hugged her lightly.

"She missed you a lot. I told her you moved when you left...," she explained, letting her friend embrace her lover, "She said she wanted to see you again, and that hopefully you'd come back down for a visit to eat hwr famous soup!" She giggled at her mother's words, the smile faded just as fast as it came.

She then smiled widely. She wouldn't let anyone see her crushed "Well, I guess we should get going, watta you say Mog?" Mog wiggled his body and raised his Time Staff in the air twirling around "Kupo Kupoooooo!"

Mina laughed and smiled at Lacie "C'mon Lace! She wouldn't want to see you sad like this!"

Lacie smiled tightly and, for a moment, her traitorous heart longed for one of the callous remarks Vanitas would have made. The ones that, if they didn't work, he would hug her and pretend to be annoyed, saying something like, being such a baby,'' though he never really meant it. No matter how she tried to deny it, she knew she had never needed him like she did now.

Riku smirked devilishly and winked at her, even as he approached, his pecs flexing as he walked, "Like what you see?" he growled, wagging his eyebrows, "Care for a sample?"
