Later, Nite rolled awake, something stirrring her. She sighed, removing Sasuke's grip on her gently and going to the window to see if the couple next door was fighting. Hearing shifting she figured it was Sasuke and didn't bother to turn around waiting for the familiar feeling of his arms around her waist. What she didn't expect was the have a hand clasped over her mouth and a knife to her throat, "Scream and I'll kill you," he growled, reciving a nod. That was when something hard colided with her head and her vision faded to black.

The room was cold, none of Nite's usual fire in the room to warm it, but it was clear she'd not been gone long as her side of the bed was still warm from where she'd slept.
