The look in his eyes felt like it was killing her, "Sasuke..." her voice was soft as she tried to find word, although her fiance's name seemed to be the only word she was cabable of speaking at the moment.

"I still love you," he whispered quietly, his voice barely holding any emotion other than despair.
"I can't lose you...It's all my fault," he whispered easily releasing his hands from her vulnerable grip. He then performed a small jutsu where there was a small layer of a barrier covering him so her could continue to scratch his wrists.

She sobbed more at the, unable to get through the barrier, "Please don't, Sasuke..." she begged. She wasn't even surprised in that instant, although she'd never begged anyone before. She was desperate. She just wanted her fiance back! She continued to sob hard, not taking her pain-filled orbs, which had turned blue in sorrow away from his form, "P-please don't do this to yourself..."

Her eyes narrowed into angry tearful slits as she gave up trying to get him to stop by begging," Fine." she hissed, standing up, "You want to plat that, two can," with that, the nails on her hand turned into claws and she burried them in her flesh, making three long cuts from her wrist to her elbow.

He suddenly rounded on her with a broken scream of anguish, gripping her arm, crying hysterically. He then pulled his shirt off and began to wrap it around them, crrying and apologizing and begging.

Nite half heard him, half stunned as she wondered what the hell had come over her? How could she possible have done that? "S-sasuke," she eventually managed to form his name with her mouth, looking at him, tears still falling.

She clung to him, sobbing into his chest as blood soaked the fabric. She'd never meant for this to happen, either. She just wanted him to stop hurting himself. In doing so, she'd hurt him far more than he'd hurt himself.

His arms tightened around her as he began to apologize rapidly, sniffling and crying. "I can't lose you...after everything. After everything we've been through together..," he begged, shaking as he clinged to her.
