Nite nodded, decapitating the body and running down the hall, "Ichiru, Satoshi, west wing now!" She hissed running into the room.

Gaara pulled her gently out of the hall. "No, you won't be the cause of the war," he promised gently, "They are."

Hinata felt tears falling down her face. She knew that this wasn't what she wanted. Her hand shook as she threw another kunai.

Ayumi was suddenly slicing her Katana through Pein's neck then stabbing Midori in the head for good measure.

Sakura let out another cry as this one pierced her stomach. And yet, she still made her way towards Hinata.

Nite raced in grabbing Ayumi, "Ayumi, calm down! This is a search and rescue. Not an assassination."

Ashura felt utterly weak and useless, blankly leaning against Gaara's chest, "Please don't kill Konan..she tends to me.." she said grabbing Sasuke's arm shakily.

Ayumi looked at Nite, a blank look in her eyes. She sheathed her Katana and walked out.

Sasuke blinked at her, swallowing a bit, and nodded. "Alright. I'll make sure no harm comes to her," he whispered. "Ashura...I...I'm so sorry you had to go through this..."

"Don't come any closer!" She screamed, this time, when she blindly threw the Katana, it headed right for Tsuki.

Gaara held her, barely holding back his tears.

Ashura's eyes were as black as his once were, she simply kissed his forehead, not able to speak as she passed out from blood loss.

"No!" Sakura scream and stepped in front of the Kunai, gasping and freezing as it pierced her heart. She slowly looked down, gazing at it.

Ayumi continued to walk.

Sasuke's eyes filled with a thin layer of tears. He stroked her hair once like he used to before getting up to give the couple privacy.

Ashura clutched Gaara's hand her clothes caked with blood.

Naruto raced in, "Sakura!!!!"

Hinata covered her mouth, eyes wide, "I-I didn't mean to..."

"Ayumi!" Seto exclaimed.

Nite bowed out of respect for them and walked away silently.

She fell to the ground, blood quickly soaking her tanktop. She blinked slowly.

Ayumi slowly came to a stop and looked at him.

Sasuke stopped Nite for a second. "Something feel's off. Someone's Chakra...it's decreasing."

Naruto pulled the katana out, "Get out..." he growled at Hinata. "Now."

Sai stood next to her, "Are you alright?" he asked her softly, taking a step closer.

Nite nodded, "Hold on," she said, remembering the imprint from when they were kids. Closing her eyes, she focused on the weakening thread. She was pulled out of her body into a spirit form in front of Sakura, "Sakura!" her body and soul form exclaimed.

Ayumi looked over. "Pein sent those men after me years ago. Those men are still there...I got a letter from them a few weeks before the Lunar Festival.."

Sakura gurgled up blood, gasping for air that she couldn't get.

Sasuke gripped her shoulders. "What's happening?! Nite, what's happened!?"

"What?!" Sai asked, eyes wide.

Nite dropped to her knees, "Sakura, what happened?" She asked softly, feeling chakra bubble at her finger tips.

"Hinata stabbed her," Naruto replied, barely seeing Nite's outline.

Sakura looked over to her weakly. "Did she hurt Tsuki?" she wheezed weakly, blood sputtering out.

Ayumi nodded, looking up to the sky for a moment before pulling out the letter.

Nite looked over, "No, she's fine." she assured her, grabbing her arms not noticing how their similar chakras mixed bubbling at the ends of the wounds.

Sai read it, "What the-" Sai exclaimed, reading it, "I will fucking kill them!"

Ayumi gripped her arm with her other hand, looking up at the sky.

Sakura faintly smiled. "Good...I...I'm..glad...," she whispered, her voice trailing off as her eyes closed.

Sai held her gently.

Nite's body and soul sobbed, "Sakura! You can't die, please!" She said, shaking her sister, "Onee-chan!" she cried, "Please!"

Her head lolled side to side with each shake.

Sasuke held her close, letting tears fall from hearing this.

Nite trembled, "Sakura!!!!!" she roared, sobbing relentlessly.

Naruto sobbed, walking over and picking up their little girl who'd began crying.

Tsuki wept in her father's arms.

The blood on Sakura's shirt continued to spread and leak.

Naruto held her, crying as well.

Nite hugged her sister, sobbing and not caring that the blood was leaving a stain on her physical form.

Sasuke pulled away and gasped. He began to shake her. "Nite!"

Tsuki reached out to her mother, crying loudly. Suddenly, her blue birth mark had a very small glow. That same blue glow ignited in Sakura's fatal wound.

With a hand she grabbed his hand, eyes open even though she wasn't seeing him, she heard him, "It's not my blood," she assured him, "It's Sakura's."

Nite saw the blue glow, eyes wide, and pulled away, "S-Sakura..."

He held her close, eyes wide and tears falling.

Her peaceful face seemed to grow more peaceful as the wound closed slowly.
