Terra reached up and gently wiped the trail of blood away. He didn't have to ask who did that to her. He knew and hated it.

Roxas watched her go sadly but didn't protest. He needed to be here for his friend right now....

Lacie forced down her sobs but wasn't strong enough to push him away. "Don't think I'm pathetic..." she said numbly.

Sora felt anger rise in his chest at seeing the bruises.

[Cali]

Aqua came to a clearing, suddenly stopping and looking around desperately.

A portal opened in front of the three Destiny Islands natives.

Xemmurs sat down, taking her cloak off, half nude, sewing up the deepend wounds Xemnas had put, blood spurting she winced and growled, biting down on a rag. She winced at every poke her fear of needles unbearable.

Summer walked over to Riku, whispering as he passed, "He's yours not mine..." she whistled for Pegasus and flew off to Castle Oblivion.

Vanitas bandaged her, "I know that..." He stroked her hair back out of her face checking her temperature.

(Viper said ignore what she said to Riku, since he's not there yet.)
Zack had followed Aqua to see if he could help her, and doubled over to catch his breath when she stopped. "Yo, we there yet?!" He exclaimed, exauhsted. "I mean, damn it!"

Terra looked at Aerith. "Can you help her with that?" he said quietly, "She's afraid of needles." He would have helped if at all possible, but he still had Ventus in his arms, since Aqua wasn't back yet. What the hell was taking her so damn long?

There was a thin sheen of sweat running down her face but her skin was only a little warm to the touch. "I'm fine," she said softly. She knew she was probably lying, considering she herself had been lucky to get away with her life, considering that not only had she been emotionally destroyed, but she'd over-exerted herself so, she'd probably be weak for a long time, but he didn't need to know that.

Sora grabbed Riku's arms and pulled him into the portal.

Xemmurs stabbed the needle in, screaming before it even touched her. She shook a bit and bandaged her arm, tossing it back in her first aid and standing in her normal militaristic pose.

[Cali]

Aerith frowned and knelt down beside her, hovering her hands over the wound. She closed her eyes and casted Curunga, green tendrils of light healing her injuries.

Aqua looked to Zack and sighed, "You shouldn't be here...but if you wanna help then stay out of my way and don't try to stop me." She pulled out her blue wayfinder, Terra's and Ventus' starting to glow along with hers. She concentrated on Ventus' heart and wayfinder along with Lacie as she summoned her Keyblade and aligned it with her chest.

Lacie rolled her eyes, sitting up and biting back a wince as she took his hand off her forehead. "Why are you helping me? A week ago, you wanted nothing more than for me to die."

Terra smiled gratefully at his friend and sat on the ground. He felt like he'd let all his friends down lately. First his sister and now his best friend. What next?

Zack held his hands up in mock surrender. "Damn..." he muttered.

Xemmurs sat down next to Terra, her sleeves rode up to show the tattoo she had gotten before she died from Xehanort. She looked up to the sky as a comet shot past and pet Terra's head gently.

Vanitas said nothing and tipped her head making her drink water, "Shut up." He sighed and covered her up, "You move you could become paralyzed." He got up and walked out to the balcony hopping up on it and stared at the moon.

Terra smiled and put his arm around her waist gently, smiling. "I missed you..." he said softly. Sure, he knew things would be kinda bad when Aqua got back- okay, so the shit would hit the fan...majorly. All of that didn't matter now, though. He had the one person that mattered most to him in the world back and that was all that mattered him. He could deal with the other stuff as long as she was with him. He just hoped that she stayed this time. He smiled and kissed her temple softly

Lacie watched him go but did as he'd said and stayed laying down. As much as she would call him an ass and a bastard, she couldn't deny that she'd missed the special brand of brash, over-protective tough love that only he could give and it still make her feel loved. Wow....I must be insane. I'd rather be with him and go through this shit than be with Ven and life be completely safe. She watched him as a small smile lifted to her face. She was finally willing to admit she loved him.

Xemmurs leaned against him her hand in his, "When I remembered you...I had to come find you....even if it means my soul will be sent to hell..." She looked at his hand sadly raising it to the sky and comparing sizes. "Through the pain and beatings I could only think of you..."

Vanitas flipped off the roof back into the room, curlign up in the chair next to his bed where Lacie lay, staring at the door way.

Aqua let a few tears fall, knowing that this was for the best. Goodbye, Terra. Keep Ven safe and never stop following your heart. I knew this would happen soon and I'm so happy for you. It was nice while it lasted. I love you, Terra, her voice echoed through his head gently. She then let her wayfinder hang from her neck as her eyes peeled open, the blue irises glowing brightly. She then stabbed herself in the heart with a cry, wincing before her face relaxed and her hands gingerly let go of the keyblade lodged in her chest. Her arms fell to her sides and a small yet sad smile lit up her features. The keyblade slid out on its own and burst into tiny particles of light, her heart following suit before just floating there, glowing a soft pink. She opened her eyes and smiled at Zack. "Goodbye," she murmured before she fell back.

Kairi peeled her eyes open with a soft groan before siting up in Sora's arms and yawning. She looked around and gasped, seeing Ventus dead. Tears were welling up in her eyes instantly. But she had a terrible strange feeling in her gut.

Terra smiled. "Well, I'll never let him near you again, I swear on my life," he said. "I never stopped thinking about you either. You were always on my mind. You're why I never stopped fighting the darkness."

Lacie lay, lost in thought then she slowly looked at him, but found herself unable to voice her thoughts so she just smiled and said, "I see you."

[Cali]

The heart entered the clearing, capturing everyone's attention. The heart seeped into Ventus' chest, causing his eyes to open with a groan.

[Guest]

Xemmurs looked at him, "I'm a lost cause Terra...my time here is running out..." She kissed him gently and got up, then seeing Ventus was okay, wiped his forehead with a wet towel, smiling, "Hello love..."

Vanitas opened one eye and smirked, looking up at her, "You hungry?..."

[Cali]

Everyone smiled, seeing the teen was alive once again. He sat up and smiled at Xemmurs, surprised to see her back. He then looked around. "Where's Aqua?"

Terra smiled at his friend, hoping he'd have time to come up with and excuse as to where Lacie had gone to.

Lacie smiled and shook her head, only to be contradicted by her stomach growling loudly, "A little..." she admitted with a blush.

"We're back!" Sora called, Kairi in his arms.

[Guest]

Xemmurs tended to Ventus' wounds and shrugged, a slight tinge of jealousy filled her being but she brushed it off, kissed Ventus' head and walked over to Terra again bringing him some hot tea, "You're exaughsted emotionally... Jayde tea always helps..." She smiled softly.

Vanitas opened a mini fridge and heated up some left over venison, "I hope you don't mind deer meat and heart..." he looked at her his own stomach growling.

[Cali]

Ventus smiled at Sora and Kairi, who smiled and waved back as she eased out of Sora's arms, but he looked around. "Where's Aqua? And Lacie?" he shakily stood.

"Thanks," he said softly, taking the tea and sipping it. He gave her a warm smile.

Terra sighed, "Well Aqua supposed to be going to the Gummi Ship, and Lacie..." he sighed softly. "Lacie went after the girl who killed you and we havn't found her yet."

"That's absolutely fine!" she called, sitting up slowly so as not to make herself anymore dizzy.

[Cali]

Ventus rounded on Terra, "Then what the hell are we doing just sitting here for chrissake!?" he yelled, summoning Wayward Wind and taking off.

Kairi watched him with sad eyes. "Sora...He doesn't know...how he came back...he deserves to know," she murmured.

[Guest]

Xemmurs weilded her chakablade stepping in front of him, "Fate leads her to her destiny don't mix the future..." she sighed and put her hand on Ventus' shoulder. "She'll be fine..."

Vanitas gave her a plate of it and smiled softly sitting next to her.

[Cali]

Ventus' eyes were wide and frenzied, his heart pounding almost painfully against his ribcage. "B-But...w-what if she's in danger? I promised I'd protect her!" he yelled.

Kairi looked at Ventus sadly.

Lacie smiled and took the plate with a thank you.

Sora looked at her. "When the time is right, Kairi."

[Cali]

Kairi looked down, letting a few tears fall. She took his hand and led him away, just needing to be alone with him.

Xemmurs held him back, "She'll be fine..." She carressed his face in a motherly fashion , "Have I ever let you down Ventus?..."

Vanitas nodded and laid next to her yawning.

He moved his face away and glared. "You left us," he spoke quietly, hurt shining in his eyes before he took off running.
