Sai shook his head, "Don't speak, you've lost too much blood. I could never forget about you, ever." He promised, trying to keep her warm with his own body heat.

Her breaths were slower and harder but their was an odd wheezing sound. "Sai, the dark...it's so dark," she whispered. A moment passed. "Do you...love me...Sai?" she whispered tearfully. The pain was finally ending its relentless assault.

She weakly smiled, her eyes sad. "I love you too...now I can die...knowing I wasn't alone in the end," she whispered, her voice fading towards the end. Her eyes fluttered shut as she fell limp in his arms.

Yuuki whimpered softly, "Daddy? Is mommy having a bad dream again?"

She smirked, "All bark and no bite" she massaged his shoulders gently, "God even your shoulders are tense..relax.." the girl kissed his cheek and hummed gently, knowing he'd come out of his shell soon.

"Yeah, honey. Mommy's having a bad dream and we need to go wake her up, okay?" he said, running down the street.

Gaara sighed, trying to relax himself but he had a gorrible case of nerves.

Ashura stopped soon after, standing and going out to the balcony as it was clear, staring up at the moon, singing the song Konan would sing her as she'd bathe her, Ashura felt dirty... she wanted to feel clean again, hoping Gaara would kiss her, cleanse her of anyone else.

She flinched away, crying before slumping into him, sobbing hysterically.

Yuuki felt tears well up in her eyes. "Is Mommy going to be okay, Uncle Sasuke?" she asked softly.
He nodded and smoothed her hair, smiling faintly. "She's going to be more than okay. Come on. Do you want to take a few toys? We have some that Mitsuki and Seto don't use anymore."
"Oh, Can I? Please, oh please!" she yelled happily, jumping up and down. He chuckled lightly and nodded, taking the young girl's hand. "Come on, let's see what we can find."
