Itachi stood in a daze, unable to focus because of the poison. He could see his end rushing towards him every second.

Naruto nodded, "But I still should've been here. You're my family. You should always come first. No matter what's going on at work."

"..." Slowly, Sasuke raised the katana above his head. Pure hatred and very little regret lingered in his eyes. He brought it down hard and swiftly, decapitating his brother. "Have to take every precaution," he muttered, his chest heaving in sync with hers.

She opened her eyes as the tears fell harder. She sniffled, "Promise...?"

He pulled out a lighter, one that a young boy gave to him when he was in the Sound Village a few years back, and lit it. He then threw it onto the body, murmuring something incoherent that would contain the flames to his body alone.

She sniffled in his neck, nuzzling his cheek. "I love you, Naruto Uzumaki."

Nite nodded, shifting, "We better go check on the boys. Seto's probably about to drive Katsu crazy," she said, taking his hand softly.

"And I you, Sakura Uzumaki." He replied, smiling gently.

Seto was pacing back and forth, "Where is she? She's not here yes. She should be here by now! What if she got hurt! Or worse. What if she got kidnapped!" He rambled.
