Inkpop -> figment?

Hey. So I know I haven't been active lately, I'm in New York right now for school vacation, so I'm only on for a few minutes a day. But I just noticed an email. Inkpop is joining Figment O.o. That I'd assume means inkpop is now no more. Which technically would mean our slogan is outdated lol. How do all of you feel on the situation?

Doesn't really surprise me. Inkpop's been asking it's writers about it in comments. Guess Inkies are game for being conformist.

Eh. Inkpop is a dying site anyways. All of us started there, and barely any of us actually go there. xp

I know right. I go on once every six months. The site sucks any way. Livejournals way easier to navigate.

Kind of. Not really insanely organized but lots of fun. The members are friendly and you can find anything from journal entries to fanfictions on there.(Neither can be said about inkpop.) I've been on their for over a year now. I really love it a lot.

Oh blooming hell. So what's going to happen if you're on both? But that's a shame, I liked both being there; I posted some stuff on one and other stuff on the other.
But I haven't been on inkpop since its changed its website around. It just seems really impersonal...but then again Figment is similar but you can save your work on there (yes!).

I'm not on Figment so I dunno....I think they just would combine your accounts.

Eh, I'm not worried. Just that my inkpop name is OTD and my figment is my real name... Just hope that they don't delete what I have on there. I don't need any more hassle as it is -.-

But if anyone wants to know, I just read the email from Figment to the inkpop users, it basically says that from 1st March that they'll be putting up instructions of how to pink your inkie page to a new figment page...

I have no clue lol. I was a member on both. I haven't decided to check what happens. But figment was tops anyways ^_^

Lol, I was on both. In the email it just said that when you post, it posts is on both once you link the two accounts. Like youtube and facebook.
