Xemnas laughed. It was a cold sound that made the world feel dead. "Oh, that's hardly a bargaining chip. You should know by now that I don't play by the rules.'

This made Kairi's lips curl up a little. "I guess...we're not so different then," she murmured, leaning against him as she rested her head on his shoulder. She then spoke the all-too-familiar words:

"Step forward. Don't be afraid. And don't forget…You wield the mightiest weapon of all." As she spoke, her right hand lifted. A glow emitted from her palm before her true keyblade, Illuminated Love, appeared in her hand. She observed the silver keyblade with wide eyes in awe.

Kairi looked up at Sora, frowning that he didn't respond. She looked away and laid back down, tears falling. Her back, revealing the mark, was towards him so he couldn't see her sobbing softly. "I'm sorry for waking you..." she whispered brokenly.

She took chakablade, "I CAST OUT MY HEART!!" She drove it into her breast, looked up as a light bursted forth from her being, it then dispearsing into air. She stared at the ground, "Now... I'll forget everything..." She passed out.

Xemmurs stood, now healed since the light had over taken her, she blinked and looked around. "Where...am I?" She winced at the white glare of the walls and sheilded against it, in the safety of a shadow fallen from her hood. "Who're you?..." She pointed to Xemnas, a bit angered.

Xemnas looked at her, "Your savior. We found you outside unconscious. My name is Xemnas. May I ask yours?"
