Tears crept into her wide icy green eyes swiftly. "Y-You really mean that...?" she asked in a rasp voice.

She relaxed completely upon hearing that. She was worried that they weren't somewhere close. But they were. Kyla's house was not too far from the hospital.

Kyla looked up from Genevieve and Daray sleeping with Nathan in her arms. She stood and made her way to the door, opening it as she held Nathan close.
