My hands stopped shaking and I relaxed more and more. I smiled sleepily then gave him a small kiss on the cheek. "Thank you." I then laid my head on his chest and fell asleep.

I laid my head on his chest, relaxing. I had been so high strung the last month or two that I forgot what it was like to just be with someone you cared about. I closed my eyes, sighing. Everything about Blane was what I needed. I needed to be safe, and he gave me that. I knew that I was safe with him, and to me, thats all I cared about. Safety, and him.
