Denzel kept his hand around her's, gently stroking her knuckles and hoping to provide some comfort to her. He didn't like seeing her sad.
It's weird. I've only known her for a few hours...Why do I suddenly like her..? I barely know her..

Tifa followed closely, shivering and hugging her body slightly, rubbing her arms.

Cloud shrugged out of his jacket and gently wrapped it around her, taking her hand as he followed closely.

She arrived at the front door and stopped, bending over and closing her eyes as her hand found the spare key to the front door.

She slowly reached forward, turning the key in the lock and hearing the old familiar click of the lock opening before she turned the knob and led them in, "Welcome to Valkyrie Mannor. The city we just went through was the city of Valyrie. Soldier destroyed it years ago, fearing their power."

Tifa frowned at this and looked to Cloud worriedly, silently asking him if he knew anything about this, whether he overheard it or anything.
Denzel also frowned and squeezed her shoulder gently.

Cloud frowned softly and shook his head. He'd heard of Valyrie but he always thought it was a person. Did SOLDIER really destroy a whole town? That truly didn't surprise him after what he'd gone through.

Valyrie shoved her memories away, shrugging out of Denzel's grip, "The rooms are all up stairs. The one with the moon on the door is mine. Feel free to take any other rooms. If you make a mess pick it up. The walls are plenty thick so feel free to have ahem...tickle fights or whatever it is you people do," she remarked, pointing her gaze at Tifa and Cloud, "But please try to be a bit quiet. Screaming is not appreciated in the night.

Tifa blushed brightly and hid her face in Cloud's jacket with a squeak.
Denzel chuckled a little then looked to Thalia.

Thalia said nothing and turned to go up the stairs, "The care-taker seems to live here, so there should be food in there if anyone wants. I myself am going up to bed. It has been a long day and if anyone needs me, just don't."

Denzel watched her walk away, frowning. He then silently began to follow her. He was worried.

Tifa frowned at the two teens, leaning into Cloud.

Cloud put his arms around her gently, rubbing her shoulders, "It's alright...they're old enough to be able to take care of themselves for a bit..."

If she noticed him on her trail, she didn't show it. She simply continued up the stairs, eyes closed as she made her way towards her room, the bright midnight scene painted on the door. Not just a moon. An entire starlight scene.

Denzel took her hand gently. "Hey, are you okay?" he asked in a soft voice.

Tifa sighed and nodded. "I know," she whispered. She then peeled herself away to look for a bedroom. She ended up finding one with a piano and smiled faintly, making her way to it. She then sat down on the small bench and slowly, and lightly, glided her fingers over the keys.

She stopped numbly, nodding as she glanced over her shoulder. "Fine," she responed, "Just...old bones..." she responded, "Nothing you need to worry about. Get some rest."

Cloud heard the soft sound and smiles and walks over listening, "Well I don't think I've heard you play since we were kids..

Denzel sighed and nodded, frowning.

Tifa looked up and blushed a little embarassedly. She then scooted a little on the bench so there was room for him to sit.

She gently slipped her hand from his grasp and opened the door, "Sweet dreams..."

He smiled softly and went to sit beside her, his own fingers spreading over the right keys.

He suddenly took her hand and brought her towards him, turning her and placing his lips onto hers in a deep kiss that definitely took his breath away.

Tifa smiled faintly and playfully shooed his hand away before shifting her position.
She now resided in between his legs, able to fully use the piano just as before.
She chewed on her full bottom lip for a moment before placing her fingers on the keys and softly began to play.
She hummed for a bit as she played, memories flooding her mind and heart.

Thalia gasped softly into his mouth, her dark eyes widenening as she was left with empty lungs and a full heart. She slowly let her eyes slipped closed, arms catiously coming up to toy with his hair.

He leaned forward, his solid chest pressed against the contour of her back as his hands brushed the top of hers, tracing the same pattern as her hands seamlessly.

Tifa shivered at the sensation and smiled, leaning against him.
She continued to play the tune, humming before she began to sing.

Clouds soft voice rang out along with hers, his chin lightly resting on her shoulder and his chest rumbling.

She arched against him, a soft moan traveling between their lips.

She smiled when his voice began to join hers. A warm feeling spread in her chest.
How long had Cloud listened to her playing when they were little?
She blushed at the thought and slowly finished the song before sighing and leaning into him. She missed playing, feeling the cool keys under her fingertips.

Denzel let out a groan in the kiss and felt a little...problem of his arising.
Shit..! I can't. I can't take advantage of her like that.
He broke the kiss, chest heaving.

Cloud chuckled softly over her shoulder, turning his head to kiss her cheek, "I love you," he said softly, nuzzling her jaw. "What on earth would I do without you?"

She stared up at him, her eyes no longer the color of rich wine. They'd darkened with lust and now swam much the color of dried blood only more bright and crystal clear. For once, she didn't stop to think as she slid her door open and dragged him inside the bedroom of a 12 year old. The walls were a midnight blue with the same night scene as the door painted on them, telescopes and star maps litered the dressers and the desk along with a few atronomy and astrology books.

And then her fingers played an unfamiliar tune, one that was soft and lonely, home that resembled her last name, Lockhart.

Denzel shut the door behind him and brought the girl in front of him close, lips on hers once again.

Cloud shook his head, "Oh no I wouldn't. I wouldn't ever be happy ever again. I'd be a grouchy mother fucker that locked himself away in his house and moped, then walked outside and cussed at kids to get off his lawn. Nobody would like me."

She kissed him back hungrily, thin fingers fumbling with his button-up before eventually giving up and tearing the shirt from him.

Thalia giggled and took a step back, reaching behind her to unzip the dress and sliding it off her shoulders so it landed in a crumpled heap around her ankles.

Denzel's eyes skimmed her body slowly in awe.

Tifa sighed and nodded, fingers playing the tune of something she felt long ago: loneliness and guilt.
