Ayumi softly smiled at the little girl before sinking to her eye level. "Mommy? Why are you crying?" she asked sweetly and sleepily.

"I'm just worried about you sweetheart," she murmured before placing a soft kiss to Yuuki's burning forehead.

Nite nodded. "Well, I'm gonna go see that we get a doctor in here." When nite said it, it got done. With that, she walked out.

There was some crashing, screams, and yelling and the doctor came in. nite walked out, fixing her outfit. "They're seeing the doctor." Nite said to Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto.

Naruto nodded too as Nite sat down. "Mind telling me why I was left in the dark about what happened to Ryou?" she asked, seizing the oportunity to get answers while waiting.

Sakura looked at Natsume who spoke first. "I heard about his death first when I returned from the fire village. Dad told me not to say anything but when Mitsuki starting to ask me what was wrong..." he sighed softly, head hanging just a tad. "I couldn't hide it from her. I told her not to tell you guys. I figured Ayumi and Sai would want to tell you guys when they were ready."

Sakura rubbed his back gently in a motherly way, a frown on her face. Natsume and Ryou were like brothers. Since Ryou's death, he'd been more reckless and different.

"There haven't been any leads as to what happened..." Natsume said quietly. "But..." he hesitated, biting his lip. "Don't tell Ayumi and Sai what I'm about to tell you...okay? We can't be exactly sure and I don't want to get their hopes up." He looked at Sasuke and Nite with wide eyes. "They never even found a body. Just a whole lotta blood...so...it's possible that Ryou could still be alive...I've mentioned it before but everyone says that its impossible to still be alive after losing that much blood..."

Sakura sighed softly, her voice shaky. "I need some air," she murmured before squeezing her son's shoulder and standing. She walked out of the hospital, crossing her arms and keeping them close to her body.

Nite remained steady as a rock- never one to display her feelings in front of others. She'd always been the one who kept composed while the world fell apart, only seeking her own crumpled colapse after the rest of them has healed.
