Synthia looked at him, " I wouldn't say that to soon," she said before looking at crepsley, " so how are you going to get our memories back?"

Crepsley smiled, " hypnosis," he said and pulled two chairs out of the tent. " now sit and I'll get this over with."

Landy eyed Crepsley nervously. He looked at the chair, and reluctantly sat in it. "You know how to do this correctly?" he asked.

Crepsley nodded, " of corse I've had a number of professions and a threshers, I know it was in the early years, was actully one of them. Hypnosis is also easy. So just relax."

Landy stared at him skeptically. He tried to relax, but with all the itching it was hard.

Crepsley sighed, " relax and stop scratching, close your eyes and picture you're walking on a sidewalk in a neighbourhood, " he said his voice calm. " picture a door. Go towards the door because behind the door is you past. "

Landy hesitated but closed his eyes, and pictured what Crepsley said. However when he reached for the door he knew he didn't want to open it, but he had to. He kind of froze.

Crepsley saw Landy tease up, " calm down. The door is good, the door is knowledge. You need to open the door." he said.

Synthia pictured what he was saying and held her hand on the door knob hesitantly. She had to prepare herself for the worse.

Landy gripped the knob, and opened the door. He was not sure he wanted to see what lie before him. Unloving parents, mourning sisters, that was what he remembered when he struggled long ago.

Synthia opened the door and saw the fire that killed her parents, the orphanage, getting adopted and the son dying of mysterious circumstances. She saw that before the boy died he had picks on her and bugged her. She looked closer at the boy, he looked like a younger Landy. Much younger.

Landy saw an adoption, of a young girl. A girl who looked like a really young Synthia. He saw him turning, and some deal being made between Mr. Crepsley and Mr. Tiny. He saw his death, and his body locked up in the morgue being waited for cremation, because his parents didn't want a funeral. He saw the girls begging for one. He saw breaking out of the morgue. Then before anything could happen. He saw a brown haired boy, and he was blacked out, a time where he didn't think he was conscious, for a while before more recent events that everyone remembered.

Synthia saw the deal between Mr.tiny nd Mr. Crepsley as she was turned, she saw the funeral so close to the boy who had just gone a few years ago. She never saw her death but saw the whole funeral. At the very end of the memory journey she saw a boy with brown hair he looked happy and didn't even seem to notice her. She released in that memory she was locked in mr. Tiny's car just before she blacked out.

Landy saw more recent events. Him in the hospital. He wanted out. He began to freak out.

Synthia seemed to be pushed from the door and back onto the sidewalk.

Crepsley was shaking Landy having already done the same to synthia to get her out of her memory walk.

Landy opened his eyes, shaking. He was clearly scarred. He wasn't sure what to think about what he saw of his childhood. But those more recent memories scared him, that pictured with the face he saw. With the reason to join the cirque. Landy got more scarred.

Synthia looked at her hands and sighed. She was back with crepsley, good. Her memories scarred her and she had been prepared for things. She looked at landy and sighed they all where scarred, all but Mr. Crepsley.

Landy looked at Mr. Crepsley, "Did you see any of what we saw?"
It was a stupid question but worth being asked.

Crepsley shook his head. " no but I knew about your pasts before. In small bits but I knew." he told them sitting down. He was interested in what they saw but he knew better than to press them for the information.

Landy was on his feet, seering mad, "You knew?!" he yelled.

Crepsley nodded calmly, " yes Mr. Tiny told me and then of corse made me swear to never tell you two or Rigby and haily. No one was supposed to know about your pasts. But now was the time to speed up your remembering process and now you remember." he said nodding.

Landy had never been so mad. He wanted to kill Mr. Crepsley. But he controlled himself, of course that's what he was supposed to be learning to do, control himself. "What do you want us to tell you?"

Crepsley shook his head, " nothing If I wasn't aware of it then I don't need to know any of it," he told them both surprised by synthia's calmness throughout this whole ordeal.

"So you know about a brown haired boy who was part of the cirque at least for a while, then?" he asked. "Because I've been here a long time, and have never seen a brown headed kid ever."

" brown haired boy. That doesn't sound familiar. And he was part of the cirque, I've known everyone at the cirque for quite a wile and there has been no brown haired boy." crepsley said. Mr. Tiny must have erased it from his memory. It must be the person he had been talking about earlier.

Synthia let out a long sigh as she thought over the memory's she just gained. " I only saw him briefly so he left soon after I got to the cirque." she pointed out her voice thoughtful and tired.

"He was the last thing I saw before what seemed like years of blankness, like a person's life had gone by. I saw the boy twice. Then I got more recent memories."
Seeing his life flash before his eyes, Landy hated his parents even more. They didn't want a funeral, which made it hard for Mr. Crepsley. He had to break out of morgue, which wasn't easy, it couldn't have been. "How did you keep people from wondering about where my body was?" he asked, "I was in a morgue, yet they do counts, how did you get around that?"

Crepsley smiled, " some of my finer work there. I simply replaced you with another body and pretended I worked there. I cremated " you" without any suspicion. Your parents didn't want a funeral but had one for synthia when she " died" it was strange how they changed their mind about cremation." he said to them putting air quotations around you and died.

"So my family did adopt her?" he asked, it was true. He had teased her when she was younger, because he thought she was cute. And it was okay because they weren't really related. "I don't think my parents ever really liked me, as much as they did my sisters," he looked at Synthia unable to believe that she really was the girl he though looked familiar in his memories.
