June shrugged with a weak half smile. "He was cheating on me anyway, he kinda deserved it..." she laughed weakly and quickly brushed away her tears.

Anya refused to face him or answer his question. She closed her eyes and crossed her legs under here and folded her hands before starting to meditate.

Brandon frowned and sauntered over to her. Wtih a mental shrug he plopped down beside her and wrapped an arm around her shoulder.
"Are we sad because we are a slave to big, mean, although devilishly handsome, vampire man?" he said sticking out his lower lip.

June shrugged weakly. "Maybe we can find another Vampire, one who knows about blood oaths, so we can help Anya.."

"Please don't touch me when I am meditating," Anya snarled at him. She took another deep breath through her nose and exhailed through her mouth.even get meditating couldn't be enough to calm her down with him thickness to her. She long bother more than to punch him in the face.

Brandon held back his smile and pressed his cheek against hers. He felt her rage boil up inside her and he repeated the question from before hand just in a more babyish tone."Isn't your meditating working?" he added to the end.

June looked at her. "You know anyone who could help?"

Brandon laughed and muzzled his cheek against hers. "Baby, I am practically made of stone, punching me in the face will result in you breaking your hand. We wouldn't want that would we?" he puckered his lips and tilted his gaze to her.

June frowned, she knew none of the Vampires, for she was a newbie, and she was frightened. "Don't you know at least one Vampire?"

"You want to know about me? Fine. I grew up in an abusive house. Dimitri came and took me from there, and for once i thought i was free and safe. but he took me here. So i went from one hell to another. Pain doesnt scare me, only death. I have more scars then i can count, and I am not afraid to pick a fight with someone when they piss me off." Anya snarled at him, shoving him away from her. "Meditating was the only way I could relax when he would hit me." Her fists were clenched and she was ready to fight him.

Brandon tilted his head letting his face blank. "Do you really want to fight me? Go ahead." he enunciated in monotone.

Anya growled at him and tackled him, bringing them both sprawling to the ground. "I hate you." He was all she really had and she hated him. Tears filled her eyes and she saw that this was pointless. Even if she won this fight it wouldnt matter. A tear rolled down her cheek and she curled on his chest giving up before the fight even really took place.
