Foster looked at her, "You know it's okay if you don't." he gave her a reassuring look her first year hetried to save his vest friend at camp after anattack from a monster. He couldn't save his friend. He never forgave himself for it.

Amaria shruggedd. "What? Get used to it? I wasn't saying I hoped I did. I never want to get used to people dying it's just.. I don't really know how to understand until something finally clicks and I fall apart for a bit. Like I did with Erik?" Erik was the son of Zeus thathad lived in the cabin with her the first year. He'd died when he finally convinced Chiron to give him a quest.

Foster got angry then. His eyes glinted a slight gold for a fraction of a second. "I tried to save him. You don't think I did. He was my best friend!" he yelled. He took a breath, "I think I rather watch Griffin by myself right now."

Foster sighed, and leaned back in his chair, and rubbed his hands over his face and through his hair. He knew he was good at one thing, and that was how to ruin friendships. Not when he needed them the most. He never said she blamed him, he blamed himself, he always did. He killed his best friend, it was his fault archer died. He looked at Griffin. For being a son of Apollo he sure had been the cause of so much death.

Amaria returned to her cabin and layed down after putting backbiter away. She slowly dozed into a dreamless sleep.

Griffin was doing a bit better, you could tell he was breathing now, which was good.
Foster got no sleep. His sunglasses still perched on the top of his head. He needed to use his eyes. But bags were beginning to form. Even an Apollo kid needed sleep to look healthy. He was hunched over in his chair head in hands.

Amaria woke with a sigh, feeling oddly down in the dumps. She walked out and saw David and asked him to stop by and check on Foster as she was busy all morning with classes and he agreed and headed towards the med cabin.

Foster was given food by an Aphrodite girl who was more worried about Griffin than him. He thanked the gods one of them wasn't in love with him.
He went to the fire int he cabin, "For Apollo." He said. He decided lunch would be Poseidon and Hermes for Griffin, and dinner as always would be Hestia.
He ate the waffles with vigor.

Dilila: I woke up and saw that Amaria was gone, that meant I was probably late for classes, again. I dressed and ran out putting on the necklace as I headed towards archery.

Foster would not be teaching archery again. He wished he could, it relaxed him. But Chiron was perfectly capable of teaching it, he in Foster's opinion wasn't as good though.
Foster laughed, "I'm a man I need my food. How did ya sleep?"

David shrugged. "Like the dead." I responded. Which was true. I'd slept great that night.

Amaria closed her eyes as one kid almost beat her, when he asked her to spar, by using a first-lesson move and she sighed, brushing a damp lock of yellow hair back from her face. "Let's take a break." She didn't want to do anything, really but she had to teach her class. She normally didn't even break a sweat! What was wrong with her today.

"Glad you didn't believe them." Foster told him. "I believed for a good two weeks till i wised up." Foster glanced at Griffin the poison was spreading again. he gave him some nectar and Ambrosia. And once again it started to receed. By the looks of it, he would be good by tomorrow afternoon. Able to walk and leave the med cabin the next day. Only two more days of no sleep for him,

"It might not look like it but Dionysus has more class than that." Foster told him. "So any clues to who your parent is yet?" It was a common question to those who didn't know. He was asked everyday for a year before he found out he was a son of Apollo.

David thought for a moment. "Not really. It doesn't bother me. it's almost better not to know. Because then, you're not looking for one god in particular to stop by. I mean, lots of the kids I've seen have been like desperate to meet the parent that claimed them but never do."
