Griffen did the same. It felt awkwawrd at first, but he got used to it. He wondered if she would go easy on him at first. But then he thought no one went easy on him. He was Griffen if people went easy on him in anything it was on his his birthday. And he only had one of those a year.

Griffen did so the move came easily. It was natural. More natural than archery. How anyone did archery was beyond him. How Foster did archery was impossible, it was like he was Apollo at points. He wondered if some of the kids here were the favorites of the parents. He obviously wasn't. He was the oddball, like he always was.

Griffen did what she said. He had a feeling that it wasn't this easy though. He had a feeling that if she told him to speed up all she just told him would leave his head and he would act like an ideot. At least she hadn't used left and right, he still didn't know which was which.

He nodded he was good at that. Do with out thinking. That's how he failed all his tests hebwrote the first thing that came to mind because he couldn't understand it, because he didn't understand the lessons because he couldn't read what they were learning about. "I think i can do that." he told her.

Griffen went into defense mode as hebdeflected her blade. He wasn't sure if he was ready for this but he made his own attacks while blocking hers. He didn't reall care who won, it would be nice for him to win. But he new and used to loosing. Well he was used to loosing when it wasn't in track or swimming. But that was with normal kids he would probably be the below average kid here too.

"I'm from Montanna. The closest thing to swords is the knives we use to skin dear and other thugs with. I've only held a sword once before." he realized his slip up and she got him, knocking his sword out of his hand. He could think of a lie but under pressure it was even harder.

Dilila: I had finished diner quickly mostly thinking of the bow that was now hanging around my neck. How did it transform back? I wondered as I took of the necklace as I made my way down to the archery range. When I arrived I was surprised to see that the area was lit by two huge torches protruding from the ground, it was as if someone was here, or someone knew someone else was going to come along. As I fiddled around with the necklace I accidentally twisted the pendent and the necklace was soon a bow with a quiver full of silver and gold arrows. " Nice." i said smiling racing up to the line before setting my quiver down and preparing my bow to shoot. It had been a long time since archery had been in my life.

Atlantia: I walked through the stable, I had forgotten to tell Fiddler, Ace's Pegasus about his tragic death, although he had probably heard about it from either Ginger or Tank. I walked over to Fiddlers stall but he was gone, he probably knew about Ace then, he was flying to mope. I didn't blame him.

Foster finished dinner not being able tothink clearly. Luke's words haunted him. Tha dagger felt uoddly comfortable in his hands. Beingnleader of Apolloncabin he needed to call the sing along. He took the conch shell and blue into. Sone handed him a guitar and the other Apollo kids followed directly behid him to get on stage. He flipped his glasses up and began strumming.

"Thanks." Griffen said, he became rather bashful. He bent to pick up the practice sword and the pen, Riptide, fell out if his pocket. When he handed her the sword the conch blew. "A conch shell?" hebasked as a question to why was it blowing.

Amaria: I nodded. "Time for the campfire. You might want to drink some water first. Here." I said, taking the practice sword and replacing it with a bottle of water. I put the swords up, picking up my own bottle and taking a swig. "And if you ever feel like sparring or something, you know who to call. Oh, and before I forget, can you tell woody and Atlantia we need to all me to talk about capture the flag tonight?"

He nodded and reached into his pocket after downing the bottle and feeling much stronger and better. He pen was gone. He had it for maybe an hour and he already lost it. He went down on his knees searching for t. He thought he remembered Chiron saying something that he shouldn't worry about loosing it. Bit Griffen was Griffen he worried when he lost important things like the sword of Percy Jackson and Hercules.

"Just a really important pen." it was half truth and he was under pressure his facade was breaking and he knew it. Hell if anyone tried hard enough they would know. And he knew she would know it. He just hoped she didn't find it. He reached in his pocket again. And there was the pen. He pulled it out. That's when he began to freak out, "I swore this fell out of my pocket. How the..." he stopped realizing she was still there. He gave here a weak smile that made him look like he was up to something and he took off not wanting to face her.

When he came to the ampitheater they were half way through a song. He saw Foster's eyes again. He wondered if that's how he got people to pay attention.
Griffen snuck to the outermost seat awAy from the flames and sat down not needing to catch his breath but so he could get his mind wrapped around the concept of riptide.

Most of the camp knew something was off with Foster tonight. Not that it showed in his singing. But his eyes they made him readable like a book. His eyes showed he was worried. The campers didn't know why. Well Woody knew half the reason. And the major part was the warning Luke had given. Foster didn't wan to take it. He just couldn't fully accept he and Luke had similar characters and personalities. Even though it was obvious without a doubt Chiron had even told him that his fifth year at camp.

Amaria: I shrugged, figuring it was none of my buisiness and slipped Backbiter into a hiding spot to retrieve later tonight and went to the ampitheatre, sitting with Dilla swho was sitting by the unclaimed kid David. I noticed that Foster seemed upset, something that came with studying people for years, and made a mental note to corner him leter and find out.

Foster switched songs this one a new one and his own composition. There was no doubting he was good. He finished it and went into the rest of the old songs. Griffen left he needed to go to his new cabin. He walked into the Poseidon cabin and sea salt pertruded his nose. He looked around and saw an empty bunk. He sat down and it felt like home to him or the closest thing he had. He pulled out the pen and looked it over.

Foster flipped his shades down with a large sigh from Aphrodite girls. "Alright guys that's it. You can go to bed remember lights out is in an hour. He hopped off the stage with his guitar and raced away to the woods he went in and Sar against a tree. He strummed a song but the dagger was still on his mind and Luke's glowing image shown brightly in his mind still giving him the warning.

Foster stopped and took the dagger. He threw it at a tree. But with in seconds it was back in his hand. This must have been new. He let it drop out of his he took his glasses off his head and dropped them on the ground. What if he was going to betray them. Sure he was jealous but that came with the territory. He shouldn't doubt anymore he knew with the right offer he would be bought, he couldn't deny it. He was weak and wanted power. He was like Luke even though it scared him. It was like he already knew his future.
