can we start like at the way way way beginning? like everyone traveling [by train i guess] to.. Pan..pan-something [i have to re-read Hunger Games o.o i can't remember..*sigh*]
then have them meet each other while going through training and getting their scores? o.o rather than just have them start out at the cornucopia.

Li: I put my barefeet up the table and curled my toes.
"Li," said my manager person. "Wear shoes."
"No can do, Mr Manager person," I said.
"Li, you have to look respectable." I stared up at through hooded eyes. "Li."
"Toilet break!" My manager put his face in his hands. I jumped up and ran to the bathroom. I locked the door and sat on the vanity. I just needed sometime alone. I hated my manager breathing down my neck and telling me to me 'respectable'.
here's part of li's train ride, but now they are going on chariot thingies? cool beans. i'll pst then anyway

Aillex: I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror as my little team of make-up and stylists work around me, chatting about 'how beautiful' i look and 'where's Brennan?'. he's my main stylist apparently. As soon as i realize it's quiet, i notice that 'Brennan' has arrived. He looks me up and down.
"You're Aillex Hummingway?"
"yes..." I murmur nervously. His eyes squint, his mouth quirking up at the corners in a small smile.
"Huh." is all he says before turning away from me and taking out a sea green colored...i think it's supposed to be a dress. It definitely matches my hair..but..it doesn't...
He forces it over my head and orders me to turn around. It flutters around my feet, mocking the waves that roll on our shores. The sea green coverage ends at my hips. I look like a mermaid. Almost. He straightens out my hair so that it covers over the sky blue bikini top-like piece of fabric and web of fishing net the wraps around my torso. I can barely breathe. and i'm supposed to walk out in public in this.
...really cover anything.
"So what do you think?"
"I.." how do you tell someone you hate it? "It's wonderful." i force a smile. He nods, a funny jerking movement.
"Well let's find your partner and parade you through town." his smile is about as real as the plastic shells that adorn the fishing net. At least I'll get to see Fallen again for the second time in the last week.
