Noelle: After what seems like forever, i turn a corner. i stare at the janitor's door incredulously. "Un-fucking-believable." The hallway ends in a janitor's closet?! seriously! I sigh, turning around and looking through the windows of the doors on the otherside of the hallway. I really hope they're over here. Because if they're not..I'd have to go past Riley again.

Matt: A thought hits me as I'm walking. This is going to be awkward... I don't even know Journey that well. I don't really get on with Theo either. Okay, I know it's my own fault, but it's going to be very awkward in there seeing as we were taking the complete piss out of them last night. Ugh... I carry on walking as I look down at my feet, not even realising that there was a corner I was supposed to turn. I walk straight into the wall instead. "Ow..." Well, I suppose a hospital was a fairly safe place to get hurt...

Noelle: I look behind me at Matt and smirk. "You ok back there, rockstar?" I call out to him softly. I find myself staring at his lips as the form a sheepish smile for a brief moment. I blink and look away from them.

Matt: "Huh?" I look around to see her, and make a miraculous recovery. "Uh, yeah, I'm fine, you know." Ow, my head hurts... I smile falsely, one hand on my forehead.

Noelle: I nod slowly, not believing him. I turn around and keep walking. "Maybe you can get Nurse Riley to take a look at it for you." I say coolly, trying to keep the bitter sarcastic edge out of my voice. i hope it worked. I can never tell.

Matt: I rolled my eyes. It's definately her time of the month. "You know, you should get her to check out your jealousy while we're there." I smile at her, expecting a slap or something, but quickly move on. "So did you see them?" I ask, hoping to avoid any more conflict.

Noelle: I wasn't jealous! Well...sort of...but that's hardly the point! Jesus.
"No," i say simply, looking through yet another window. Oh, i take that back. "Actually, yes." I correct myself in a mumble and push through the door. Journey is slowly falling toward the bed where Theo still looks knocked out. She jumps when i close the door. i slammed it, so she should've.
"Hey," i greet quietly and sit down in one of the chairs next to the bed.

Matt: I open the door after her and close it quietly. She could have at least let me in before she slammed it in my face... I put on an awkward smile and sit opposite Journey; the other side of Theo. So, Theo mate, how have you been lately? Oh, that's good to hear.

Journey: I rub my eyes. "Oh hey you two." I say sleepily with a just as weary grin. "So...what have you two been up to this morning," I say mischievously. I earn two glares and slap from Noelle. I rub my arm. "jeez...i guess not such a good morning." I mumble, ending in a yawn. Noelle just mutters a 'whatever' in my direction. i look over to Matt. "He hasn't moved an inch for..about an hour," i look at Theo sadly. i wish he'd wake up..

Matt: I sigh as I see Theo's head turn the other side. It was facing me, but it's facing Journey now. Well, if that's how you feel, Theo... "He just moved about an inch." I shrug. "I think it means he's pleased to see me..." I trail off.

Journey: I have to smile a little. I glance over at Noelle. She keeps looking at Matt and then the floor. and then the clock..and then after exactly six twitches of the second hand, she looks back to Matt. I grin. "You liiike him," I whisper to her. She shakes her head.
"sure."
I frown a bit. "Does he know?"
She just stares at me. "If he knew, then why is sitting all the way across the room from me." She hisses quietly. I cast a glance over at Matt. He's giving us a look.
"J, i'm going to walk over to Vintage's and--"
"No way in hell you're not!" I snarl quietly. she just frowns deeply. "Maybe you should tell him that--"
"That what, Journey? What can i possibly say?!" She snaps, getting up from the chair and stalking towards the door. I stare after her. Wow. she really must like this guy. she only gets this mad about guys she's really into. i look over at a confused looking Matt. Eh, i don't see it.

Matt: I raise an eyebrow at Journey. "Is she on her-" I break off. That's probably a little too personal. "Is she alright?" I finish. I scratch the back of my head. Do they even have doctors in this place? Surely it's not too safe to let just anyone sit in a room with someone who's just been in a car accident...

Journey: I shrug. "I'd go after her..but maybe she just needs to blow some steam. She tends to do that when she likes someone a lot--" I snap my mouth shut. oh shit. "I mean..ah..never mind." i mumble. God, how do you clear up a line like that? I look towards the door. Please, dear god, have a doctor come. Or at least a nurse... I think desperately. i hope one comes before Matt asks...

"What do you mean she-" I heard the door open and a very pleased looking nurse appeared. Not you again... I looked up at Riley, putting on a smile. "You left your keys on the desk." She told me, a grin on her face. How did she know where I was? And I did not leave my keys on the desk. They were definately in my pocket. Did she-?

Noelle: I stalk past the nurse's station. The blonde chick -- Riley -- waves to me.
"Have a good one," she calls.
i ignore it. yeah, have a real nice one, I think bitterly. and as i get into the elevator, i stare out the doors. they haven't closed yet and no one's following me. I wish Matt had. and it hurts that he didn't. i mentally kick myself. Why do i even care? I shouldn't, though! He was just a one night thing. nothing more.
But he's not nothing...a little voice in my head murmurs. i lean against the back wall of the elevator as the doors close.

Journey: I look between the nurse and Matt. "You know each other...?" I ask hesitantly. ok...maybe she's why Noelle was so pissed. i really hope she doesn't seriously go to Vintage's...i shiver.

Matt: "Not really-" I begin, but the nurse chirps in again. "Of course I know him!" She says as she puts her arm around me. "Uh..." Can she just give me my keys back and go?

Nurse Riley: "Yeah," I smile at him. He's acting so weird. "Why are you acting so weird Matt?" I ask, my expression turning confused.

Journey: I nod slowly. "Well..i think i should go catch up to Noelle before she gets to Vintage's." I say just as slow.

Matt: "Uh..." I shake my head, practically scraping her arm off of me. "Can I have my keys please? I need to go. And Journey, you might want to stay with Fifi here." I gesture to the bed, only using that name in case the nurse recognises him.

Journey: I hesitate. Fifi? really. "Sure," i sit down beside 'Fifi' and pat his head. "It's ok Fifi, mommy's here," i say with mock assurance.

Riley: "aw..ok," I dangle the keys in front of my face. "Here you go," i say in a quiet voice.

Matt: "Thanks." I sigh in my head. Women. Why do they feel the urge to steal your keys? I rush out of the room, trying not to laugh at Journey's acting. "I'll uh, call you." I tell the nurse. I might in a few years. If I get ill, or something.

Journey: i wave to him. "Be back soon sweetie! Fifi needs his daddy!" I call after him. The nurse gives me a look. "Oh don't worry about him." I say with a sweet smile.
She just brushes me off and walks away. i keep patting Theo's head until she's gone. i let out a breath when she is.
"Good job Theo, taking one for the team and all." he doesn't answer. not like he was gonna anyway.

Noelle: I search through my pockets. I wonder if i still have..yes! I pull out my lip ring. at least i didn't forget it. well..i did..but...er, never mind. I put it in easily and keep walking. Vintage is this guy that owns this club a few blocks down. I met him about a year ago. it's a complicated relationship when it comes to Vintage. another thing? He also deals. he's got his own little posse and everything. and right now, i could really use something to get my mind off things.

Matt: I run down the hall, hoping to catch Noelle. Vintage's? Where the hell was that? I shook my head. It souded like some sort of strip club....

Noelle: As soon as i'm within a block of the place, Karter, Vintage's person watch dog -- or right hand man, as Vin calls him -- saunters up to me.
"Hey, Elley," he grins. i don't let a speck of emotion through. he sighs. "God, you're always so freaking cold. Vin's out back," he adds, starting to walk away. I take a right and hurry to the alley way behind the actual club. I spot Vin and his sandy blonde head right away. He's got his pale blue eyes pinned on a younger boy.
"I-I'll have it by tomorrow. I swear," he stammers. i sigh. Vin barely says another word as he catches sight of me. He smiles.
"Noelle," he greets coolly. I wave warily to him.

Matt: Why am I even doing this? I just leave my scooter. I knew I'd just be stopping every couple of minutes anyway. I run down the street, seeing virtually no-one. Eventually I slam my head on the fence and let out my frustration. "Ughhhh!" I yell, my voice echoing slightly.
