The Daemons marched forward, one of them standing just ahead of the line clearly in charge, he lowered his hood grinned largely, it was Ruben.
"Attack. Take only what you need. Oh and bring that lightening bitch to me, along with the others" he snarled before dissapearing into the shadows of the trees.

Just follow. Just follow. Just follow, her mind just told her, well she needed to go warn them. Turning back into Onyx's body, she ran for the cottage.
"Guys, Ruben wants the 'lightening bitch' bright to him whilst the others are probably going to get killed...he may want to get the whole school dead, teachers included."
Her face was red from running, the amulet hanging around her neck. Lightbulb!
"Rachel put this on, I'll be fine," she took it off and put it on her, "It'll keep you safe."
Clicking her neck, she looked to the daemon infront of her, "If you're with them then I suggest that you get ready for an arse-whoop, if not we're going out the back door, yeah?"

Ruben grinned stepped out of the shadows of the cottage, both Tray and Rachel stiff. Rachel gripped the amulet around her neck, a single tear leaking from her eye scared for Onyx. Ruben wouldn't harm her, he would have already if he wasn't too. At least not yet anyway, she feared more for Onyx.
Tray couldn't do anything to defy his master without sacrificing his life, though he couldn't help but tense at the diamond the girl possesed. Ruben must NEVER find our she had it. He urged her to run with his eyes.
"Blown your cover already Tray? I'm surprised, even to a soul elf, I expected you complete obedience" Ruben whacked Tray on the back of his head hard making Tray wince.
"Never mind though." Ruben continued. "I do feel as though I should kill you soul elf, though you concern for my Rachel here, as possibly regarded me to give you mercy" Ruben smiled his white teeth bitter.

"So, just to say if you were to kill me, as you so bluntly put it, what would happen to the school? All the rest of the elves? I mean, they just can't disappear can they?"
Onyx didn't fear death, anyway, she was promised one more life after this if she did pass.
Her eyes looked to Tray (Onyx she was happy to finally know his name) and bit her lip, a little unsure of what to do to be honest, this would probably be the end of the school and not as our favourite rocking and roller Alice Cooper used to say 'school's out for summer'.
"Also just a question, so you know two daemons called Tri and Marks? Just that I used to know them is all."
They were the pair that killed her gran- Silver's gran. She was going to have to get used to all that now.
She gulped as in her pocket she fiddled with her time amulet, the one that stopped it for a little while whilst the other people were like statues. It's quite a fun thing to do actually.
Her eyes led to Ruben's as she smiled calmly, as she thought, she wasn't scared of death.

"Nosey now arn't we youngling" Ruben's eyes turned into deadly darts. Rachel hadn't seen this side of Ruben before. It scared her.
"What I do to the elves, is none of you buisness" he repeated the same words Tray often said but in different contexts.
"Besides that, you know of Tri and Marks? Ha those two fools, They should be here with me, under my command. Letting someone like you know of their names, how foolish, I shall deal with them later, wherever they may be at present" he grinned knowing exactly what they were doing.
"Stop it leave her alone!" Rachel suddenly interected afraid.
Tray wanted to move to her but knew he couldn't.
"As you tried to help Rachel, I sharn't kill you" He smiled as though being nice for once, listening to Rachels remark.
"You may as well stay if your nosey child" he laughed plopping on a chair comfortably.
"Rachel my little one, it is time I told you what you have been wanting to know" he turned to her, making her skin crawl in fear and curiosity.

"Tri and Marks, where can I find them? If so I'll leave this party in peace, I have a little matter to settle, though I know that you won't let me go so I'll stay..." she confused herself slightly with that.
What she is? Finally she'd know bur to be honest Onyx/Silver had their suspisions.
She gulped slightly as she looked at him, his eyes sharp and twisted; something rather cynical, something rather putrid and inhuman, something you'd never wish to see.
Looking at Rachel, she attempted a smile to keep her calm; she shouldn't have come back, that way she wouldn't be facing her possibly second death in a few days.

"Why are you here" Rachel whimpered, the chills running through making her ever so more afraid.
"You released your aura, not long ago little one" Ruben returned to his gentle voice when addressing her.
"Tray took care of you, as expected" he nodded to him, Tray looked away, leaning on a wall feeling helpless.
"Do you know your parents?" Ruben asked, knowing the answer.
"N-not my biological parents.... no" Rachel murmered, more fear setting in as he spoke.
"Your mother, was an earth elf, a nomad, she lived alone in peace often" Ruben suddenly stated, sending waves of confusion to Rachel.
"How do you know that?" she asked frowning, though she wanted to know about her mother, and father for that.
"Your Father, is none other than a daemon little one" Ruben said softely, not sure what to expect of her reaction. "You are a half breed of elf and daemon. A rare and nearly impossible joining of genes, not to mention, the bond we share, a blood bond" he said.
Rachels heart going wild.
She was a monster was the only thing running through her mind.
Taking he silence as the signal to continue, "We share a blood bond" he pulled out his arm, the scare still in place from the gash her bodied mirrored. "Because that is a bond, only those with Daemon or soul elf blood can have, a symbol of shared blood. Basically, little one, we shared the same father, though my father, created you, only a few years ago, and myself. Well lets say a long time ago." he grinned a little sceptic.
Rachels body went cold. Ruben was her half brother?
She shared something called a blood bond? well at least it explained the cuts she had, in some way she guessed.
"I will go into more details later, for now as I've told you before, a new daemon is protected with all out might as you are so rare. And with our blood bond, I must protect you anyway, even if I do despise your elf blood to the bottom of my heart." He stood, his sudden gentle form dissapearing into that of a selfish, manipulating deadly look.
"For if you die. So shall I, as if I die. So shall you. That is the curse of a blood bond, we share the same physical wounds." he gritted his teeth in anger at Rachel's entire existence.

(sure, a boarding school for elves, so have to be an elf. Or heck be a daemon. The daemons were once blood elves, corrupted into inmortality by stealing souls from the dead instead of borrowing the living to survive.
Thus they seek out elves to kill them for their souls.)
May want to wait for others to come online though, so can join in the fight with t he daemons at the school, as it will be easier to join in that way ^^

"So you're related? Right," Onyx nodded and sighed, looking down to her wrist, the long scar seeming to wrap around her wrist in a spiral, something that happened as she woke up in the woods alone. She remembered that she didn't have it when everything was getting explained to her for sure...weird.
She sighed as she leant against the wall as she clocked it, "So if one of you dies, so does the other? Right."
She nodded and put her hand in her pocket as she looked to her feet, who had she bonded with then?

Ruben pierced the girl with his eyes " You would be wise, to never use this information against yourself in the wrong way" he grinned "Remember child, no matter what I may do to you or your friends, if you harm me, you harm her" he pointed at Rachel.
"Though for safe keepings of my health, I will be taking her with me" Ruben nodded to Tray who reluctantly picked up a screaming Rachel.
"Let me go! I'm not a dam daemon! I'm an elf" She screamed struggling. Then Ruben smirked.
"Yes, you are more elf at the moment, but not when you have ingested the correct Elf souls" he laughed, the souls he had his men finding in the school this very moment. "I may hate you now, with your elf blood" he moved close to her face, carressing her cheek with his cold hands.
"But when you have absorbed the correct amount of elf souls, that should overide your elf blood" He grinned.
"No.." Rachel went white. "Y-you monster! I will never- I will never do such a thing" she thumped on Tray's chest struggling for her life to escape. But his hold was far to strong. Even with his grim expression, feeling his heart torn from what was right and wrong. Though he knew he couldnt disobey Ruben, not without hurting Rachel.

I looked down. " For many things I guess it can be a life saver, just not for me." I said looking downwards still.

"Whoa!" the door slammed infront of them for impact, "You're not taking her anywhere!"
She eyes blazed beneath her fringe, her hand touching the amulet in her pocket which she was going to use in a tick...no pun intended.
"If you're taking her you have to get through me. I know you're probably acting all snooty about the fact that 'ooo I can absorb you're soul! Ooo!' and all that crap but first you can't, balanced ones are immune to it, hell yeah! And also I'm not afraid of death, I'm willing to go beyond my limits, I'm getting another life after this anyway."
She pointed at him with the marked hand, mainly by accident but it did look cool, a sly smile on her face. She thinks she turning into Tray, maybe? Either way she needed to buy a little bit of time so that she can stop it.

(for those in the school, daemon attack, all your charries to be captured hehe, make it as dramatic as you like, some don't have to be captured as may want to go on a rescue team ^^)

Jasmine: I ran up the stairs when she didn't reply. I sighed and went to my room, my safe house. A few hours later I came out and was staring into a huge ugly daemons eyes of coal. Before I could scream a hand came over my mouth, not a normal hand a huge black one, well at least it was gloved. I thrashed as they tryed to pull me into a weak possition. One of the ten daemons pulled out a lighter and I went still, It smiled and I gave up. I wasn't planning on getting killed by fire anytime soon.

Ruben stopped and smiled, "Child, your a soul elf, your essence of a soul is too closely related to us blood elves. If a daemon were to absorb it anyway, it would have no effect on us."
"Besides, you don't have a Daemons power of darkness, though I must say, your kind are annoying to fight with" he grinned, stepping into a shadow, his form leaking into it then dissapearing before her sight.
A slient remorsefuly Tray following with a kicking Rachel. Leaving the school grounds altogether.

(you know, i'm thinking it would probably be better if Daemons were soul elves, with soul absorbing en all and yours blood elf =') makes more sense with powers)

Okay you can have gthe whole sould elf thing (sigh) but she'll be a Grave Elf, it was a toss up between the two but I was now gonna back it more relivant to her... With the soul thing... What to do, what to do...

"Shit."
She looked to the shadows and cussed evermore to herself but excused herself for her gran's sake.
"Right, what to do, what to do..." she picked up the amulet and sighed, two cloaking, one healer and a time-stop. Great.
She picked up the box that was in the wall and bit her lip looking for the last thing in there; the key to her room.

Slipping up to her room, she opened to door to see everything the same in this huge room taking up the whole attic room.
"Right, where are you?" she strolled over tl the shelf and looked at the writing, all in her gran's neat scrawl. Flicking through, she found the tale of woe about darkness and blood and stuff, reading through it all until she realised that stupid mistake.
"It's a prophecy, not a tale from the past! How could I be so stupid?!" she smacked her head and read through the rest.

Gtg, I can't think of anything to write right now so I'm sleeping. Bye!

AFTER THOUGHT!
What about they were the same, both soul elves but some's souls grew unbalanced and leant towards darkness and chaos while others leant to light and order and became something else God-like? Now there are hardly anyother soul elves due to corruption of the soul so she's near enough the only one left?

Feel free to dismiss it, just something that sprang to mind.
