Rayne felt Even tense, she leant back and gripped the hem of his sleeve in a way of comfort, she knew seeing other people with Essena's upset him she was lucky Tasha didn't seem to have the same effect.

Evan pulled his arm away making a bit more movement than he wanted. He cussed silently.

"What the-" Solar's ears pricked up to the sound in the shadows, "Whoever's there, please come on before you get you're butt burnt..." she sang, she never did like violence but that doesn't mean that she can't use the odd threat.

[Charlie]

Evan sighed, and stepped into the light. "Let's get the mocking and ridicule and everything else overwith." He looked down.

"Why would I do that?" her voice was slightly sympathetic but she shook that out, "I mean, why should anyone be ridiculed because they have no Essena?" she bit her lip, she wasn't generally good in situations like these.

Even looked at her, "Because normally people like me are." He was right he had only met one other kind person in his life. His short life, that was going to be over in one year.

"I never see why..." she said with a nod, Silvtrin returned, a thud as she did, "What the [censored]?!" she shouted, Silvtrin was now huge. Ridable huge... "This may be amazing!
" she leapt to her phoenix who then shrunk, "You can shrink?! I love you!"
I know... she called and bent her head over.

Evan took a few steps away from the pheonix. "Um, well..." This was quite awkward for him. He never had a moment like that, nor would he ever.

"Sorry," she climbed up on her, "Man this is cool," she squealed and hugged the bird, "You wanna ride?" she patted Silvtrin's neck and smiled.

"Even, careful" I immediately stood in front of him out of protection, my robotic control which automatically moved my body to protect him. Even if he wasn't in any danger.

[Charlie]

Evan pointed to himself, "Are you asking me?" He could not believe it. He would most likely say no though.

[InioMika]

"Even" I gave him a stern look, he was not going off with her on his own. They had no reason to trust her.

[Charlie]

"Rayne, I'm my own person." Evan said. "Essena don't really like me." He explained to the person. "It would be a bad idea."

I stared at him, like I didn't know that? "Even" my voiced trailed of slightly this time, a little hurt, he knew I cared about him so why did he put me through so much hell? "Fine" I muttered, my heart hurting, i couldn't let him see me like this.
I turned to jump onto Tasha's back, "lets go, I need a drink"
"Are you sure you want to leave him with her?" Tasha replied, worried just as I was
"If he doesn't want me to help, then I won't" I said sullen.
"Alright" she sighed turning to bound away at top speed leaving a flame trail behind her. My heart was screaming, why didn't he understand that everything I did was for him?

"Or I could just take it back if it'll cause ruptures..." she slid off as Silvtrin shrunk slowly, back to her normal size, "To be honest she wasn't grand on the idea of me alone riding it."
Exactly... she nodded and landed on her shoulder, But still I think that you should be careful, they're all thinking the same too
I know silly, that's why I have to gain their trust. Duh.

Evan stood their alone, "Um, well this is quite weird." He said beginning to walk away.

[InioMika]

Tasha ran at top speed untill we reached the village, the houses were all built out of wood with thatched roofing, the better houses were naturally of better quality, like the pub. The pub was well built with a wooden roof, the street was lively as we trodded down the cobbled path, many people stared at Tasha, though they saw he everyday, she was hard to get used too.
The pub was full of familiar faces, many of which she didn't talk too, Military men and the odd woman were dotted around drinking loudly.
Go have some fun I nodded to Tasha, Essena her size weren't allowed inside, so she normally strolled keeping to herself for a bit.
i'll be back soon" she said leaving me alone.

I orded my usual drink, a pint of beer, it was a man's drink and I was technically underage but I didn't care, it soothing my troubles for a time.
I sat in my usual corner in the back, alone and to myself, nobody bothered me, the orphan girl. It was then I noticed Stryker, the irritant from before at the bar.
"Jerk" I muttered under my breath, maybe he won't see me.

(that okay that he's in the pub?)

"Nah," he sipped at his bear, the little bear rolling about on the floor beneath him, "I'm not, you're just someone who needs to get her goals set before you get killed," he was blunt but truthful all the time, no matter if it would kill him; he became like that. Styler raised an eyebrow, turning around, "And I may not be an innocent like girl but I bloody have feelings, bitch."

my eyes widened, I hadn't intended him to hear me!? crap now he knew I was there. I gulped down some more drink, I came here, I wasn't going to leave because of him, that would be giving up.
"Try thinking of a better insult if your trying to be cruel" I said emotionless, I didn't care if I got killed, not after I lost Even anyway, I knew what he said was true. Then I smirked.
"Whoever said a girl was 'innocent'" I had killed. killed all of the people who had tried to hurt Even.

Evan turned around and walked away. He was alone again, maybe he could go horseback riding.

"Not cruel, truthful," he said and stood up, walking over. Crulix followed on his tail as he smiled, taking his hand under his chin. The pub was near enough empty minus a few drunks and a dancer looking a night's work, "You don't really think me that way do you, eh?" he whispered in her ear, his words soft before he pulled away, his deep amber eyes delving into hers as a ripe smile bloomed to his face. Crulix just watched.
And you're doing that because...?
Because I can break her.

[Charlie]

Evan sighed as he went to his small little house deep in the woods, he went to the back and found a horse, a new one. He smiled, as it was tame. He hopped on it's back and took off.

[InioMika]

I frowned at him, he was far too close, I pulled back my head from him, yes his eyes were intoxicating. But I had more important matters to deal with.
"What I think of you doesn't matter. Stay away from Even" I scowled at him, if he dared sit down, I think I may flip.

"Ha, young solider," he sat down with a smile, "I think you might know that I have no idea who he is..." he fiddled with Crulix's ear and smiled, "You're crazy."

[InioMika]

"Don't play dumb with me, i'm not in the mood for games. I would appreciate you leaving" I snarled holding back my anger, I was still upset at Evan's words, of how he seemed to care little of how much I worried about him.

[Charlie]

Evan spead through the city on the horse, ignoring all the glances and dirty looks he was getting.
