I got an IDEA!! LIGHTBULB!

Okay this is my idea. Top secret, but awesomely powerful, men have taken a few highschool students captive and sent them all to a random tropical island. The kids are forced into two teams and these kids each have half of the island. They are forced to trade and elect leaders and stuff. They are forced to make alliances and treaties.
