Angelique: I saw him frown and I suddenly felt concerned. "is everything alright?"

Gabriel: I found ourself so close together and our hearts racing in unison. "What was all that about?" I hissed.

[Cali]

Genevieve: I stood there breathing hard. "They want to kill me." I say quietly. I didn't look at him.

Alex: I nodded, "Yeah."

[BlackWhispers]

Gabriel: I put up my Protegge facade, one that Angelique always wore. My face went cold and my eyes went still. I looked down at her, but did not make her look at me. It was her choice. "Why? Are they Protegge?"

Angelique: I made a face, unsure whether or not he was telling the truth. My facade was failing at this point, but hell, who cares? We're all alone anyway. "Are you sure? There's nothing I can do to make your stay a bit more pleasant?"

[Cali]

Genevieve: "No. Well, Yes. My father pissed off one Protegge family and one Cambiamento family." I said quietly. Tears spilled out of my eyes. I also did kill a Protegge without his permission but I had to...They had caused my aunt's death.

Alex: I smiled a 'i'm perfect and you can totally trust me' smile. "It's already pleasant."

[BlackWhispers]

Gabriel: I forced myself not to touch her and I continued to wonder who this man was and who the men were.."Who's your father?"

[BlackWhispers]

Angelique: I nodded to myself. "O-Oh...alright. That's good." I smiled to him. Why was I showing so many emotions to him?

[Cali]

Alex: I smiled and stared at the spilled tea on the ground. I watched as it dried up.

Genevieve: "Johnathon Gambino." I said quietly, tears streaming from my eyes.

[BlackWhispers]

Angelique: I stared down at my tea. Was everything alright? I knew I was a bad hostess. That's why I always let Gabe do the entertainment. I fiddled with my tea and then found myself, moving the tea set on the glass coffee table. I gasped and it landed with a crash. I squealed, but thankfully, nothing fell.

I had to learn how to control that power of mine.

Gabriel: I looked down at Genevieve as she cried. I frowned. I knew her father. He was the one who had raided one of our cartels from Vienna. Father hated him for it more than he hated Johnathon's father.

But what struck me was that the men who were chasing Genevieve weren't Protegge nor Cambiamento...

[Cali]

Alex: I frowned and stood. I sat by her. "Hey, is something bothering you?"

I never really liked seeing people upset.

Genevieve: I looked up and over my shoulder at Gabriel, face tear streaked.

[BlackWhispers]

Angelique: I shook my head and forced a smile. "I'm...fine."

Gabriel: I hated this facade. I hugged her to me.

[Cali]

Alex: I frowned then nodded. "If you say so."

Genevieve: I let the sobs leave me quietly, my hands trembling as I buried my face into his chest.

[BlackWhispers]

Angelique: I sighed. we were getting nowhere with this. This was why I didn't do relationships. It never ended well. I opened my mouth to apologize before a barrage of bullets came crashing and shattering the windows, sending us both to the ground in hope we don't get shot.

Gabriel: I stroked her hair, trying to comfort her while I began to think. Dad never sent any men. Ever. It was against our Protegge customs. I opened my mouth to talk to her before the closet door opened and a force pulled me out, sending me to the ground.

When I looked up, I saw Genevieve's face being covered with a sack and her arms and legs bound before being thrown over a large man's shoulder. I struggled to get up but then everything went black. The last thing I could cry out before something knocked me out was Genevieve's name.

[Cali]

[finally some more drama. woot!]

Alex: I crawled over to Angelique and used my body to cover her as we hid behind the couch. "You okay?" I asked over the sounds of the bullets. I just barely heard Gabe yelling Genevieve's name. No nonononononono! "Angelique, we need to find Gabe and Genevieve. Something's not right." I say, surprised at how calm I sounded.

Genevieve: I struggled as the guy grabbed me. I could faintly hear the sounds of bullets and Gabe's voice. I screamed Gabriel's name before someone injected something into my neck, causing me to pass out.

Angelique: This was usually where I would scream and cry, but that wasn't me anymore. I found myself taking on my Protegge facade, an emotionless face with cold eyes. I nodded at Alex's suggestion and waited until the men stopped firing before darting to the door, Alex right behind me.

I shut the door behind me and turned to find a group of masked men in what looked like SWAT armor pointing machine guns at us. I looked to Alex

[Cali]

Alex: I looked at the men before us, eyes cold and hard. My jaw clenched. What the hell was happening? Where was my sister and Gabriel? Were they okay?

[BlackWhispers]

Angelique: I opened my mouth to say something, my anger rising. "Who-" but I was cut off when a man disappeared and appeared in front of me, his elbow digging into my throat and picking me up about a foot off the ground.

I looked to see Alex who was being held down by several men. I tried to speak but the man's elbow made it hard to breathe and even harder to talk.

[Cali]

Alex: I struggled with everything I had and when I looked at Angelique, I yelled, "Leave her alone!" I winced as I was punched in the jaw. I felt my anger rising as my eyes went blood red. "Wind, I call you to this circle." I whispered and watched as the guy that punched me was knocked into the wall by some unknown force. Unknown to them and Angelique, but known to me.

[BlackWhispers]

Angelique: I prayed and promised myself I wouldn't use my powers, but this was an emergency. I closed my eyes and tried to use my powers, but when a man was thrown to the wall, my thoughts were disrupted. I felt frightened at that moment, not because of what had happened, but becuase of Alex's eyes.

[Cali]

Alex: I tensed up as I felt fear and when I looked in its direction and saw Angelique, I felt my eyes go back to normal. I wish I had another solution to keeping my Anger bottled up.

[BlackWhispers]

Angelique: I looked away from Alex and kneed the man in his throat, making him bite his tongue. I felt to the ground in a crumpled heap and struggld to breathe, but only for a moment before the men started to charge at us.

[Cali]

Alex: I looked back at the man on top of me, kneed him in the side, breaking two of his ribs. He slid off and I jumped to my feet, hands clenching and un-clenching. Hesitating was one of the worst things I did right then but I looked to Angelique. I pulled her up, wrapped an arm around her waist as I pulled her in front of me, her back against my body. I laid my hand over her eyes and whispered in her ear, "Trust me." I closed my eyes and made wind blow past us harshly and towards the men, knowing that cuts were appearing all over them.

[BlackWhispers]

Angelique: My facade wore off when he wrapped his arm around me and covered my eyes. I felt my hair dance around me as wind enveloped us and screams emerged through the wind. I was frightened, but curious. What was happening? What was Alex doing?

[Cali]

Alex: I opened my eyes and gave a mental push with the wind, knocking them back through a wall. Most of them were unconscious now. I commanded the wind to stop and wait until it was called again. I unwrapped my arm from Angelique while pulling my hand away.

[BlackWhispers]

Angelique: I opened my eyes and saw the men unconscious. I was amazed at the same time, confused. What had just happened? I looked to Alex and asked, "What did you do?"

[Cali]

Alex: I looked away, avoiding her gaze. "Something that I had promised not to do ever again. But it was either you get hurt...Or them. I couldn't risk it." I say quietly then shook my head. "We need to find Gabriel and Genevieve now."
