It's happened more than once :/

I have seen ones where it seems like a one-sided chat/role play. One person provides all the twists and intrigue and the other person's character is just... blah.

Morgen strode into the room, feeling as though she were walking on air. She flounced over to the couch where Cadence was sitting. "My sister is coming home!" she excitedly pronounced. Morgan's sister had been out serving the army for a few years now, and hadn't been home at all during that time. Now, she was finally being allowed leave.

Yeah, I find that annoying, but to be honest I haven't really been in that situation because I don't usually do like one liners or HUGE BLOCKS of text. I guess I'm a lucky one Very Happy

One liners just don't have the same impact as a well rounded, polished paragraph. It's like trying to cram an elephant into a cardboard box- there's no breathing room. No creativity. If authors simply wrote one liners, there would be no such thing as a novel. And the world would be a pretty dull place :/

Yeah, but not when you're always typing up huge paragraphs and then the other person's charrie is just putting ok and stuff... Oh well, I guess the world's bright and beautiful in it's own little way Very Happy

haha...i read it all and I agree. One liners...don't help. It kills the whole thing! Like...you expect your post to have a big impact on someone's character but then they just reply..
"Oh...okay."
Like they don't have a care in the world. If you just look and read the post, you can try to create something that requires more than one line!! If you have trouble expressing things through your writing go to Write or Die. It helps!

its this website application where you set your own time goal (min. 10 minutes and max. 2 hours) and you set how many words you want to type (no limit). Then the consequences. For example, the Kamikaze consequences are: if you pause and it is NOT a break, your writing will disappear as if someone is pressing backspace on your work, but it starts at the beginning of where you type..

The normal consequences is: when you pause and it is NOT a break, an unpleasant noise will start and will not stop until you start typing again..

Kamikaze mode: When you stop and it's not a break, the words you typed earlier will disappear and i don't think it counts to your word count. So you have to KEEP TYPINGxD

@peachie done the maze thing, my brother was evil and did it to me. My mum ran in thinking that it was me who was screaming. I got in trouble as my brother was rolling on the floor laughing. I then kicked him as he whipped his tears away from rofl.
