Lucy: I buckle up and wait for him to get in. "They said be gentle more as guidlines than orders." I gave him a little wink then reclined back in the seat. Lets let him chew on that little thought for a while.

Connor: I raise an eyebrow and glance over at her as I put the car into reverse. "I'll remember you said that," I put in before whipping around and speeding out of the parking lot.

Connor: As I pull up to the drive way in front of my house, I spot Jp standing next to Alex and Harvey. Harvey looks tired - like always - and Alex looks bored, until she sees the car and she perks up a little by half smiling and waving to us. But it's Jp that looks the most happy to see us. She runs up to the car and knocks on Lucy's window, a huge grin on her face.

Lucy: I grin at JP but yawn halfway through. I open the door and give her a huge hug but have to stop because of the pulling sensation on the spot of my stitches. I lift my shirt up a little higher than nessicary to show her my sticthes but I was getting more and more drowsy by the minute. "Look... my...battlescars.." I give her a dilerious smile and faint.

hiya ^^ sorry i totally abandoned this site for so long :S i don't blame you if you completely, and unconditionally, loathe my guts v.v

Jp: My eyes widen as she starts to waver and then...oh, well, she's a goner. I sigh, but half smile. At least she was okay, and thankfully Connor caught her in time. He grins at me.
"She's just a bit tired is all. The people at the hospital really know how to keep a person drugged up," he jokes, lifting Lucy into his arms easily.

Connor: I laugh at her and shake my head. Then I lean down and press my lips to hers gently, then I kiss the tip of her nose. "Don't worry, it never even crossed my mind until now." I grin down at her, thanking Ky as he holds the door open for me. In the back of my mind, I'm happy for Jp for finding such a gentleman. But, frankly, she'd whip any badass into one if she didn't like the way he acted to her. I smirk at that thought, then return my attention back to Lucy.
"So, my little druggie, where should I chauffeur you to?" i ask lightly.

Connor: I roll my eyes, deciding for the living room with the couch since it was the rom with the tv. I set her down carefully and went in search for a blanket for a few moments before returning with a soft fuzzy blue one.

Connor: I kneel by her head, unsure if I should put her under any more stress. "Luce, I gotta head back to the garage to do a final check up on the car, I don't want her to suddenly stall while I'm racing, right? And then I'll be back. But Jp and Ky are here if you need anything." I brush my hand over her forehead, pushing away her bangs gently.

(time skip! i'll just have Connor be in the garage and Lucy can go look for him there, i guess)

Connor: I have Ky do a quick check up in the car's hood while I do a recheck on the shifting gears. But I'm not really concentrating. I'm mostly thinking about the races. People think there isn't any pressure, but they have no idea. Lives have already been ended because of the races so far, so this race is the most important. I have to make sure I get 1st or 2nd and make sure I do'nt kill off Jp at the same time. And there's there's Clarkson. He's after her the most 'cause he thinks she's no threat. Well he certaintly has no idea.

Lucy: I got up with a terrible headache and my side was killing me. With an animal groan I went to my closet and picked out a pair of sweat pants but went I tried to take off my shirt I could only gasp. Instead I picked up the phone and dialed Conner's cell.

Connor: I inform Ky that I'll be gone for a little bit, going over to check on Lucy, and also add that I'll send Jp over so he doesn't get bored. He blushes slightly at that before going back to work. I chuckle at his expression before jogging over to Lucy's.
