Molly quickly gathered her things into her bag. She was leaving. Three more people had wondered into her woods this week and they were killing all the game. Thyere was barely enough for the animals let alone her. She wiped away a stray tear and started to hike out of the dense forest. She mentally said good bye to all her forest friends, she probably wouldn't see them again.

[Ziva :)]

A cloud of rusty red dirt rose as Arin Falk's feet hit the ground, and a film of the stuff coated everything. Her skin itched with it, her clothes had almost adopted it's color, dirt even clogged her nose, and parched throat. she had lost track of the days she had walked in this direction. Arin's water was low, but food was not a problem- as long as you didn't mind grilled rat. All she could do was hope for was a town nearby, or some group bandits trying to test their luck on this lone dark haired woman.
The day grew on and the unforgiving some rose higher- what little skin she dared expose to it's rays had long since been burnt.
Was that a mirage she was in the distance? Were Arin's eyes failing her, or was that a forest?
Trees meant animals and water. She rubbed her eyes. Please let that be real!

Misu blinked away the wet clouds in her eyes. An ache, dull and always there, was permeating through her upper body. It was always worse at night. Falling asleep, staying asleep. She slid off the bed and grabbed her arrows and bow, the rest of her weapons. The abandoned house still had some food. The browning apple was slightly mushy, still edible. Walking out the door, she locked it, then closed the door. She felt respect for these people that they could leave when everything was happening. She felt respect for these people who had, in all likelihood, died, been killed. Misu shrugged her pack and arrows up and started walking on towards the row of trees that was lined up on the horizon.

Seleniaa looked up from the ripped picture of an old friend. A horrible ache had stayed around her heart ever since...he died. Tears welled up in her bloodshot and beautiful blue eyes. She shoved the picture back into her pocket, swinging her large two handed sword over her shoulder. She closed her eyes, wishing she was able to have some power so she didn't seem so useless.

Molly cursed the men who's bodies littered the ground. The underestimated the viciousness of this forest. All things are hostile here unless you knew it personally. She cut through plants and trampled grass, she had to stop. The forest was thinning out and she could see a figure in the distance. The redish dirt looked unnatural compared to the dark brown soil where she stood.

Suddenly, the rasp of dirt turned into the crunch of leaves as she stepped into the forest. Arin changed the appearance of her sword to a walking staff- it would make it easier for the person she saw to trust her. "Hello?" she called.

Misu noticed. Noticed the slow turning of the brown dirt inro red. Red like drying blood. Noticed the figure, bundled up, walking towards the trees, in the distance. Dust kicked up around her legs, carried away by the late fall breeze. Misu pulled her sweater tighter and paused, grabbing a bottle out of her pack. Water. She should have enough until she reached the forest. Trees needed water, just like humans. Trees didn't thirst for blood, like humans, some humans. Not everyone thirsted for blood. But he had...

Seleniaa looked up, hearing someones call. "Is someone out there?" She called back, her voice soft and gentle but with a hint of warning to it. Please don't be one of them...Please. she thought to herself, her thoughts almost like a prayer.

Molly squinted at the cloud of dust. She adjusted her eyes so that they would see better. Several figures coming towards her forest, it used to be her forest. She made her eyes switch back to normal as she got into fighting position. If it was more bloodlusting men she would tear them apart.

Seleniaa squinted at the small figure at the edge of the forest. If it was those men, the same ones that killed her Supernatural sister, Kariellaa, she'd tear him apart, slowly and painfully.

The cool shade was welcome relief from the blazing sun that poured down from the sky. Misu dropped down and leaned against a tree, when she heard it. The crackle of leaves, of footsteps. Misu jumped up, grabbing her quiver and bow. "Who's there?" She called out, while pulling her bow taut, pointed at the ground. "Who's there?"

[Ziva :)]

Arin slipped behind a large tree, having scene the bow.
"Put the bow down, and I'll tell you!" she shouted. The rough bark dug into her back as she breathed silently. Almost as an after thought, she turned the staff in her hand back into a sword.

[Cali]

"Both of you put your bow and your sword down otherwise we wont get anywhere on founding out each other's names!" Seleniaa yelled, slowly putting her weapons on the ground. She kept her mother's knife though, she would never let someone take it.

Misu set her bow and arrows down, and at the same time, slipped one dagger out of her belt, then lifting her pack back on her shoulders. "Names? I could care less about names. I care about who I'm talking to, not about their names." Misu picked up her unstrung bow and set it on end, leaning against the tree. Her other dagger was safe in her belt, and she still had that sword...

Molly stayed hidden in the bushes near the people. She watched them as they cautiously came closer to each other. Her only weapon was her shifting, it was a good weapon but it required a change of clothes handy. Her shifting often caused her clothes to rip, she kept her bag of clothes and food at her side at all times. The only difference this time is that is was heavier, much heavier. It was filled with her bowls and utensils. She may have lived in the wild for several years but she wasn't an animal.

"Well you're talking to someone who doesn't like to get pissed off easily." Seleniaa said, not realizing what trouble she was getting in to.

[Ziva :)]

Arin turned her sword into a staff once more. "I, on the other hand, don't mind it at all. I am a wanderer. Who are you?"

Molly watched them curiously, is this how people greet each other now a days?

"I'm Seleniaa." she answered.

"Arin," she muttered in response.
