Medic 1: "How far are we from the e-t-c?"
Driver: "4 minutes if we obey traffic laws."
Medic 2: "Who gives a damn about traffic laws, alright?"
Driver: "10/4 but you guys are paying any fines I get for this."
Medic 1: He grabbed some papers that were next to him, and his eyes widened, his face turned to Alice.

3rd Person

Because of the amount of blood she had lost at the warehouse and on the way to the E-T-C, her heart had slowed to a stop along with her breathing. Her skin was already pale but now it was more sick like.

Driver: "We're here, get her to care center C1205 they have everything setup for her."
Medic 2: "Pump more oxygen!"
Doctor 1: "Let's get her going, right this way."
Medic 1: Began to push the stretcher into the hospital.
Doctor 2: Upon arriving at the room he took the stretcher and pushed it into the room.
Doctor 3: "Lets get these wounds tied up."
Doctor 4: "She needs more oxygen."
Doctor 2: "We're going to need sterilizers asap."
Doctor 5: "I'll get them." He runs out of the room.
Doctor 1: "I have to go get the other patients to there rooms, I'll be back." She runs out of the room going in the other direction.
Doctor 3: "Where are the bandages!?"

She saw images of her past flash through her as as she started convulsing and spasming in a grand mal seizure like way.

Doctor 5: "I'm back, lets get this all started." He had bottles with liquids in them.
Doctor 3: "Lets get to work on her chest first we need to get her heart and lungs working again." He grabbed a cloth from the table Doctor 5 had brought into the room.
Doctor 4: Grabs another cloth and pours some of the liquid onto it.
Doctor 2: Whispers into her ear, "I don't know if you can hear me right now, but this is going to probably hurt for a minute but the pain should go away after that."
Doctor 3: grabbed one of the bottles and dabbed only a little bit on it.
Doctor 4: "James you have to be ready to immediately apply that after I let some of this on her.
Doctor 3(James): "I'm ready lets get this going we don't know how long this will take, nor how long she has left before we have to get her heart started to stay together." Everyone's voices were talking over eachother and they were talking extremely fast.

Her convulsions came more violently, eyes rolling into the back of her head.

Doctor 4: She moved the cloth over the wound and slowly started squeezing some of it out, dripping drop by drop. "Get the anesthetic on there James!"
James: Slowly he dragged his piece of cloth over following where the drops had already touched. "Liner bandage! Lets go guys!"
Doctor 5: Grabbed a roll of what looked to be tape, he handed it to Doctor 2.
Doctor 4: Stopped for a brief moment removing the cloth from over her.
James: got to the end of where the bleeding was, and yelled, "Apply the liner bandage now!"
Doctor 2: Slowly unrolled the tape like thing covering the wound.
Doctor 5: Peeled a 2nd layer off the tape like thing.
Doctor 4: Began to apply it the the cut crossing the other way, and they repeated the process.

James: "I think we have the bleeding temporarily under control, apply the reinforced bandage."
Doctor 2: "Someone get me a way to start her heart, I don't care which of the three you choose." Their voices slowed to an understandable rate, but there was still alot of movement going on.
Doctor 5: "I'll get the machine."
James: "We're going to need oxygen too, her breathing has been stopped to long, the oxygen in her vains isn't pure enough to supply a heart beat."
Doctor 4: "Working on it James."
James: "Sissy put the reinforced bandage on."
Doctor 2(Sissy): Began to apply another type of bandage ontop of the one that already existed.

Doctor 4: "Oxygen is up. James you can apply I'll control."
James: Takes a mask like thing from Doctor 4, "Alright Sara, get ready, and pressurize it to 62."
Sissy: Removed the mask the paras had placed on Alice.
James: Placed the new mask on her face.
Doctor 5: Returns with a machine that had a bunch of things on it. "Derren, heres the Machine."
Doctor 2(Darren): looked up and began to run over. "Clear a spot." The doctors huddled around her began to move around, one grab a machine and placed it on her finger, another was wrapping something around her arm, James was grabbing Oval looking things, another was pressing buttons on the main machine.
James: "Alright this is make or break, lets set it up..."

Doctor 1: "Hey guys the resistance wants this one transported to base so hurry it up, they have a medical chopper on the way."

I heard voices but my memories continued to block them out. The emptiness in my heart grew larger.

James: "Alright resistance is on the way to pick her up that means we have probably 3 minutes to start her heart or we're going to be in loads of trouble. Power it to 3."
Sissy: Pressed a couple buttons on the main machine, then gave James a thumbs up.
James: The oval shaped things made an odd sound as he began to bring them down to her chest area. Once they touched her, there was a beep on the machine... they waited a second, no beep followed. "No go, set power to 5."
Sissy: again pressed differnt buttons and gave James a thumbs up.
James: Lowered the oval things to her chest again, the same sound occurred. Again there was a beep, they waited a second, another beep followed, the beeps from the machine started to steady themselves out making a beep, then another, then another, then another.
Sissy: "Her heart is alive, Oxygen level is still low but its showing signs of change await it to steady out. Blood pressure is slightly off. She's alive but still in a fatal condition. She'll probably wake up by the time she reaches the Resistance's base."
James: "Keep an eye on her vitals in case, Sara come with me."
Sara: Follows James.

Sissy: "Someone needs to put an IV in, no one has had the time yet, we need to get some medicine in her, and the resistance is on high alert at the moment preparing for an attack from the Nationalists, so their to busy to do it too." She looked down at Alice, then kneeled next to her and whispered into her ear. "Everything is going to be okay, the resistance is going to take you in a couple minutes, we're going to give you a needle that will help us give you medicine to relieve the pain."

Violet: Right, I needed to make a to-do list, a mental one.
1- Get Kyle to stop worrying about me
2- Confront Father about Deaths and so called deals
3- Find a way to keep death out of me. For good until I actually die
4- Find some good blood

"How long 'til we're there?'' I asked Kyle in what was meant to be a shout, but in the end it was more of a whisper. I was half asleep on his back, trying to keep my eyes open for anything. The weird thing was that I never slept, so why now? Death must be doing it to piss me off. Well done to Him.
