"I'm Raela and this is my friend Jason." I say to her and she sniffles. "I'm Alenia." She coughs weakly and I see she's a sickly pale. I feel tears stinging my eyes. "Are you alright?" I ask and she nods, "I've always been sick." She says and shakes her head. "I want to get better, but my mommy and daddy are always too preoccupied with their research." She buries her face into my shoulder and I feel tears sliding down my cheeks. "What type of research?" I ask softly and she looks up at me. "They work for a large corp- corpraton." She pouts and I smile, "Corporation?" She nods, "Yeah. They have an underground lab and they have to make mods for large stores. They don't have the money to make me the one I need to get better." I look at Jason as she buries her face in my chest.

Jason: I think about it for a second. "I can try getting a hold of a few favors from a while back. I'm sure they can do some research to help you get better sweetie," I reach down and squeeze her hand lightly. I would also have to talk to Kody. i knew she had plenty of people that she could talk to about this kind of thing.

[Cali]

I look down at she makes a weird sound and gently fall to my knees. I pull her away softly then gasp when I see her eyes closed and blood on the corner of her mouth. I look up at Jason and say, "We need to get her to the hospital."

Jason: I nod mutely, gently picking up the little girl and starting back for the hospital.

I decided to take the short cut and grabbed Alenia from Jason. I used one of my mods and made wings unfurl from my back. I glanced at Jason and said, "I'll see you at the hospital." I fly off fast.

Jason: I frown. man, this is what i get for not having any mods? jesus. I keep walking the way i'd started going and come up to the hospital a few minutes later.

I waited in the waiting room head in my hands. I was worried about this girl...

Jason: I end up talking to the same doctor as before.
"here already..?" the doctor asks with a serious face. I shake my head, asking where they were and then i find them. Raela looks sad. i go over and sit next to her. "Hey there."

I look up and smile sadly, "I didn't make it fast enough." Tears slid down my face as my eyes went from green to a deep and sad blue. I look down at my clenched hands. I clench them tighter, making my palms bleed..

Jason: my forehead creases. "What are you talking about..?" i start, then realize she's talking about the little girl. "SHe can't be..i just saw her..." i trail off.

I shake my head, tears falling. I start crying silently, my hands clenching tighter. Blood trickled out of my hands.

Jason: I rub circles into her back. "Hey, it's going to be ok," I say quietly, not used to this kind of water works. it made me a little uncomfortable.

"It reminds me of my little sister." I say, taking a deep breath. "She was really sick. I left to just get her medicine." I take another deep breath, sobbing. "When I came back, she was dead..." I start crying again.

Jason: I wrap my arm along her shoulders, squeezing her.
