Evelyn: Pressing my foot against the trunk, I manged to get onto the 6th branch, though I didn't sit on it like I did the others. Instead, I just stood up and kept going. 7, 8, 9...finally I reached the very top of the tree, and my head poked up from above it. I saw the guy who had helped me and the grouchy boy. I could see the ice cream shop and people walking towards it. I was soooo high up...I could even see the school and everything. Cupping my hands around my mouth, I took a breath, and shouted "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWUUUUUUUUUULLLL!" into the air. I sent hundreds of birds flying up into the sky.

Irvin : I gasped and ran over to pick Alaric up. I couldn't help my self. "Idiot brat," I spat at gage then instantly regretted it. Being older i was able to set up a shield over both Alaric and me. "protect," I whispered and kept walking until we made it into his car.
He didn't say anything as i proded the cut on his elbow. "I'm sorry Alaric," I muttered, fixing the cut up.
"I deserved it," He whispered and pressed his face against my shoulder. I sighed and held him. I knew what it felt to be misunderstood.

Irvin : I sighed and helped him out of the car. He held close to me, his hand in mine. "What movie do you want to see?" I asked, opening the door of the movie shop.
He shrugged, "Anything thats good enough to distract me," he says, his eyes scanning the limited choices.
I nod and help him out. He looked like he was putting up his walls again. How could a child hurt him so much? Violence...that was probably it. When was the last time his mother beat him? I questioned myself silently as he reached to read the back of a movie casing.
I hadn't seen any new bruises. I sighed and kissed his ear, getting a full on scowl and cuss, before going to look for something else.

Irvin : "I think they sell them in bulk at the ice cream shop," I say. Alaric nods, opens the door for me. "Fine but no strawberry. I hate strawberry," He sighs, i intertwine our fingers together then pause when i see who else is inside the ice cream shop.

Evelyn: Satisfied with my accomplishment, but not wanting to climb all the way back down, I brought my wings out and jumped out of the tree, landing softly on the ground. I folded my wings in and spun around in one spot before activating my rollerblades mid-spin and skating off in some random direction, hands behind my back.
