(note : this is my first ever c.c thread I've created! ev. er.)

Ahem, ok, now this is really where it starts.

name: Vivian Black
age: 17 (birthday coming up^^)
looks like : 5'11'', dark brown hair with natural golden highlights from being outside so much. Light blue eyes. Always looks focused when she's playing.
other : she's the point guard on the basketball team, so she doesn't have to be super tall. Very defensive of her sport. Pretty laid back otherwise, actually likes school. (not for the learning, of course)

Vivan Black's been playing basketball since the sixth grade: 6, almost 7 years. As point guard - a good one, not to mention - she's glad she doesn't have to be too freakishly tall. Viv has different friends in different sports, but that hasn't made things hard. Just a little competitive. But who's not?

looks like :
Tall, black (or ext. dark brown) fairly long straightened hair, bright blue eyes which look slightly green in some lights. Wears casual, slightly emo/ scene clothes, inc. skinny jeans, a tank jacket, and a long sleeved shirt or tee.
other : Is a swimmer, currently training for the 2012 olympics. He didn't get a place on the team a few months ago, but someone else had to drop out because of drug abuse during trials. He is in the countrie's top swimmers, and unlike most swimmers, who practice their swimming for hours, he spends a lot more time just holding his breath underwater. Has a super hot girlfriend from another school, who has honey blonde hair, and orange brown eyes, and an amazing figure. According to other people, they're "meant for each other." No pressure... Often in trouble, is a love or hate sort of person, and though he is stubborn, he is open to new things.

Vivian : I hurry into the building that Ashe told me - i hope - is the one with the pool in it. He said he had a swim meet that i had to go to. Mandatory. I may have forgotten while i was playing one on one with my coach. Then i realized what time it was and rushed through a shower and snuck over here. Hopefully he wasn't looking for me too hard. I go for the first door i see and run through it. I skid to a halt when i realize where i am. A few half dressed guys turn my way; a few others starting whispering to each other, giving me weird looks. Someone cat calls and i feel my face warm over. crap. I was in the guy's locker room. i start back tracking.
"Um, s-s-sorry," i stammer. "I must've gotten...the wrong..door." i gulp. Why didn't i use my brain and read the sign on the door?

Kato: I hear Sampson in my left ear as I chuckle. "Oi, Monroe, you'd have her over Cass anyday, eh?" he jokes, but I shrug it off.
"Alright, guys, listen up-" I begin, but was interupted by Ridge, my rival in most things...
"I dunno about you guys, but I'd bang her any day!" he shouts out, and a guffaw of laughter follows, as well as a few agreements around the room.
"What I was saying-"
"Gang rape, anyone?" He jokes. At least, I think he does. More nodding heads...
"Listen up!" I yell, standing on one of the benches. "We are gonna work hard here. We're racing against the state's best team here. But, they're against an even better team. All with me?!" I yell, my voice a lot deeper than normal. The rest cheer back, a couple of them even chest bump...
We all jog out, just in time to see our team's aquatic cheerleaders...

Vivian: As if i'm not already embarrassed enough. I dart out the door and dodge the mass of half naked boys as they shuffle out out of the room. Jeez. I spot Ashe, and he's laughing his face off. I glare at him.
"Someone need to learn how to read? Hm, Viv?" He grins widely before shooing away a couple of guys eyeing me. "Don't you have a race?" He snaps at them. They snort and saunter away. This is why I usually don't come.
"Hey, when you get first, then I'll allow a little teasing. A little," I add tersely. He just shakes his head, still grinning away. His dark eyes flick up to me.
"Did you stop by on purpose?"
My face goes red. "Of course not!" Maybe a little too loud. I clear my throat, lowering my voice. "I'm not like Neva." We both smirk. We both know she'd give any excuse to 'accidentally' pop in on the guy's swimming team while they were changing. Of course, it happens to me though.

Kato: "Mind." I mutter, walking into Ashe and continuing on. We al take our seats, dressed just in our swimshorts, and watch the rest of the water aerobics from our team. I was rather looking forward to RedClover's cheering. My own little four leafed clover said she might not make it, but I know she will.

Vivian: I roll my eyes as Ashe sniffs when some guy bumps into him.
"That's Kato. He's like the best on the team. Almost made it to the olympics." Ashe stares after him like the guy is already an olympian. I purse my lips.
"I've seen you swim, you're just as good, I'm sure," I encourage him. I lean forward for a quick hug before waving him off and running off for the stands where I can see Neva standing up and searching for me.

Ashe: I wave to her back and trot over to where the other guys were. I plop down beside Kato lazily, yawning.

Vivian: "Where the hell were you?" Neva demands, hugging me though. I half smile, sitting down beside her.
"Just...um, getting acquainted with the swimming team," I say. Not a lie. Not exactly the truth. Neva raises an eyebrow at me.
"You'll have to introduce me later. That Ridge boy..." she trails off, a mischievous grin on her face.
"Don't ruin this for Ashe, Nev," I sigh, looking up when the announcer calls out the race that Ashe told us he was in.

"Would Sam Tory, Richard Beeto and Matthew Falls from RedClover take their place." The voice calls over the projection. "And from FoxWood, could Ashe _____, Dan Ridgenstone, and Kieran Black take their positions.
I sighed. Sandra was nowhere in sight. Her replacement took her role instead. I shook it away and patted Ashe on the back before he went over. "Good luck mate." I told him.

Ashe: I salute him with a grin. "Ditto," I walk over to my place, smiling away. I always put on a good show when it came to the other team. they were always so serious. They thought that was the only way to win. Well they were dead wrong. I wave to the guy next to me. He doesn't even blink. Okaaaay... I stretch my arms and crack my neck. Let's do this!

Vivian: I stretch my neck, spotting Ashe. "Hey look!" Neva and I stand up and scream, getting a few glares from parents. Well sorr-ee. Not my fault their spirit left them in 1982. I roll my eyes, cupping my hands over my mouth and shouting. "GO ASHE! WHOO!" Neva and I burst into laughter before settling down.

Kato: Out of the whole crowd, it's only one voice that stands out, and I'm not the only one who notices. I look up, and it's the girl from earlier. I shake my head, smiling, and some rowdy, unproffesional members of the team shout back. Including Ridge, who was now at the other side of the pool. "Alright babe?" he calls, and everyone can hear.

Vivian: I glance down at where that guy from earlier had shouted. I cross my arms over my chest and narrow my eyes at him. "I'm not the one needing comforting, loser!" I shout back, almost falling out of my seat when Neva punches my arm.
"Um, ow?!" I gasp. She glares at me.
"That's Ridge! Don't, you're making me look bad," she smiles and waves down at him. I sigh. Neva's not always this self centered. Just when she's around guys.

Ashe: I smirk to myself just as the gunshot rings out. I push off powerfully, cutting through the water like a knife through butter. If that butter is warm, obviously. I dolphin swim for as long as i can since I'm the strongest at that before rising to the surface and taking in a deep gulp of air and bringing my arms down in strong strokes to get me to the other side.

Kato: I stand up as soon as his head comes up and start clapping in time with his strokes, clapping faster and faster; a technique one of my coaches taught me. "Go on, Mason!" I yell.

Vivian: Nev and I start cheering again, even louder this time, as Ashe actually speeds up! I mean, that boy is a beast! I smile widely; he's at least 2.5 seconds ahead of the others. that's a lot when it comes to swimming. but a guy on his left is starting to catch up. "C'mon Ashe! You got this!" I scream. And i think he hears me because he pulls ahead to do the turn around and is shooting under the water towards the other side again. My hands are red from clapping so much, but it's worth it. Swimming is everything to Ashe and i respect that. He's never missed a game of mine, and i'm not about to let him down either.
He just makes it to the end as the guy that had caught up before touches the pool's edge. 0.03. that's all it took to have Ashe win. i watch as he hops out of the water and pumps his fists in the air, crowing with joy. I shake my head, smiling my face off. I wave to him as he turns our way. He waves us down. Neva and I exchange a look before flying down the bleachers and heading over to him.

Kato: While half of the team are sympathising with Ridge, I walk over to Ashe, beaming. "Looks like the first one is ours mate." I say, and put my hand out. "Well done. You deserved it."

Why was the crowd getting so... rowdy? Not to mention Ridge. He can't handle losing. And seeing as he was second place, first was within reach of him. He was panting as he walked past Ashe, though Kieran shook Ashe's hand like a true sportsman. Ridge turns back after speaking with his mates and confronts Ashe. "What was that for, little boy? You think you're better than me?" he taunts. I shake my head, pushing him aside. "The proof's in the pudding, mate." I say, shrugging.

Ashe: I hold my hands up in defense. "Hey, no harm done. I won, I deserve to celebrate," I smile evenly at him. "And no I don't. But I think someone else does," i nod to where Vivian is standing next to Neva. Viv is about as tall as Ridge, which makes me have to hold back a grin.
"You got a problem with my friend?" She demands coolly, controlling her anger. Neva looks between the two of them. I smirk at her. She grins a little back.

ah, well i have to go to bed now
I'll hopefully be on a little tomorrow

Ridge grins as recognition flows through his face. He doesn't answer the question, and instead, begins to tease her. "You should drop by the dressing room again when it's finished." I tell her, purposely biting my lip. A couple of his minions walk over to him and join in immediately. "Hey little girl, want to join us? You can even bring your friend." Ridge touches her cheek. "Ah, feel that guys! softer than a baby's bottom." His two minions reach out to touch either cheek, wide grins on their faces. And do you know what the worst thing is? I didn't even notice. Ashe was racing the next one with me, the relay, and I had to give him a pep talk, as well as to Rory and the only girl in our team, Saffron.

Vivian: "You would just know what that would feel like huh?" Pervert. I smack his hand away as Neva takes my place and starts chattering to him. I roll my eyes and walk over to Ashe. I wrap my arms around him in a quick tight hug.
"Nice race," I grin at him. He shrugs like it was nothing.
"Eh, you know me."
"Yeah," I look over my shoulder at Neva. "Well we're gonna go sit down again, see you later Ashe." I wave to him quickly before grabbing Neva's shoulder and dragging her back towards the stands.
"Bye Ridge!" Neva calls to him. The friends I hang around with.

Ashe: "You got another amazing pep talk up your sleeve, Kato?" I ask him as the girls walk off. I really want to beat Ridge's ass now. He deserves it. He's your run of the mill multi-purpose asshole for you. Or, that what's Neva calls guys like him. But only if they break up with her. I smile a little to myself.
