Am I allowed to use one of the ideas from this Character Chat if a good one comes up?
The List

The world has fallen. Countries, continents, humanity have all disappeared. Except for the little city in Asia. But this city has changed since society ended. Let's give you a tour.
The rich part of town. Here you are famous. You are grand and new and everything you'd ever want to be. Except that you could die any minute.
The Scums. People starve. Either way, they could die. Starvation, sickness, cold. They don't want to be famous. They don't want to die. They may not have a choice.
The government is ignorant to the murders. They created the list. Once you are on the list, your chances of being assassinated are high. Because to kill a lister is a big promotion.
Assassins. You never want to meet one. They kill for money. Snipe for power. To meet one would only mean they wanted to kill you. Or you're already dead.
In Staem, anything could happen. You could be murdered, starve, or become famous. For looks, money, smarts, anything. The government wouldn't stop you from getting famous. The only reason Spies were stationed in Staem was to stop traitors. But then again, they never stopped the Assassin's either.
Right now the new fad is couples. If you're a couple, your rank goes up. And when your rank goes up, so does the risk...
Here's what I need. A few reminders: Correct grammar. I don't want little sentences, shortened words, or anything like that. I'll be asking for paragraph responses. And no cussing. This is my dad's laptop and his laptop is VERY smart. You can't be one of the government or one of the Spies. Those will be conducted accordingly by me. And Assassins would have to have a partner. Here's the format:

Rank (Assassin, famous, nobody, etc.):
Parents (They start you on a rank by their ranks.):
Hair:
Eye:
Clothes:
