I look at the IV in my arm then at the small mirror on one of the empty cabinets. I silently slid out of the bed and limped over to the mirror. I turned around and lifted the back of my shirt up, grimacing at the old burn scars all over my back.

I glance at Will and hold in a soft laugh. I turn my gaze to my back, sadness in my eyes. I shove my shirt down and limp back to the bed. I lay down on it, staring at the ceiling.
