Orihime yelled out when the razor slipped, dragging along her whole forearm. She gasped and leaned against the tile wall, eyes fluttering and breaths labored.

Ichigo stared at them with wide eyes then to his wife, "What've you done?" he asked as he sat Mitsuki down, racing over and grabbing a towel to put on her arms to stop the bleeding, "Mitsuki, bring daddy the phone okay?"

Renji picked up the phone tiredly. "Hello?"

"Who's that, babe?" Ashina asked, sitting up on the bed.

"It's Ichigo. Why? What's going on?" he asked worriedly, beginning to change out of his pajamas and into jeans and a t-shirt.

Ashina frowned at his tone and turned sidways and put her feet on the ground, "What? What is it? What's happened?"

Ichigo closed his eyes sighing softly, "I'll explain when you get to the hospital."

Her eyes slowly slipped closed and her head lolled back.

Ichigo cursed roundly as sirens blared down the road, "I don't have time!" he snapped and hung up picking his bride up and hurrying out to meet the ambulance as it pulled to a halt in front of the house.

Orihime's skin was slowly growing colder.

Renji cursed and finished dressing.

Ashina was shrugging on a fresh shirt, and pulling on her pants, "Let's get going!"

Ichigo gently covered his daughters ears to drown out the deafening sound.

Renji pulled into the parking lot and helped Ashina out.

The EMT quickly revived her heart but cursed loudly, not knowing if Orihime could make it in time.

Ashina stood up out of the car cautiously, walking into the hospital quickly.
