She looked at Ashina and growled. "Stay out of this." She then readied her weapon and called out the spirit within the sword. Her purple reiatsu encompassed her transparently.

Aikou smiled, kissing his cheek, looking to Orihime, "SPELL BIND SHIELD!!!" She tossed her prayer beads, as they floated around her neck.

Ashina bit her lip, teeth gritted, "Damnit..."

She grabbed the beads and, instead of putting them on, wrapped them around the hilt of the blade. "Bankai, Number 98: Goukyu, Tsukinaku!" she yelled and sped towards him. She slashed her reiatsu through him, causing a large blast.

Hitsugaya quickly covered his body with hers, shielding her from the blast.

Renji pushed Ashina to the ground, covering her body to protect her.

Her form didn't move. She reverted back out of her soul reaper uniform and into her sweater and jeans combo. The sword disappeared.
