Have you ever wondered how the villains in books and movies learned how to be evil? Why do so many of them have an inexplicable "Doctor" in front of their name? Well, obviously, they have obtained a degree. From where, you ask? From the Axis Institute, of course.

The Axis Institute is a place where "special" young adults go to college, funded by the frightful Dr Phineas Darkkon and run by scarily evil Thaddeus Roth. Only those who attend and teach there, however, know that it is actually a university for supervillains. Thaddeus and Dr Darkkon go out of there way to find young adults with "superior" genes, and train them to use their powers for personal gain. But is there an even darker secret lurking behind the Axis Institute?

Reason for Admittance: Whenever he is stressed, Gazo exudes an appalling stench - the kind that can fell a man at ten paces and make people dizzy even at greater distances.

Appearance: Well-muscled, looks as if he's spent a lot of time in the sun, burn scar on one hand
Personality: Very cocky, a bit of a bully
Brief History: Has run into trouble before by accidentally starting fires
Reason for Admittance: A pyrogenic, Clive can start fires at will

Personality: Bubbly and peppy, but have a bit of a mean streak
Brief History: Have a long history of theft, using the fact that they look exactly alike to their benefit
Reason for Admittance: They have "ESP potential" and seem to have an instinct when it comes to what the other is thinking and doing



Alright-y then. I will be playing two characters from the book, Thaddeus Roth (though he won't come in often) and Cadel Darkkon. Here is Cadel's character sheet:

Name: Cadel Darkkon
Age: 13
Country of Origin: Australia
Appearance: Cadel is very small for his age, and especially small compared to the others at the Institute. He has light hair and baby blue eyes. He is very good at appearing innocent.
Personality: Cadel has been seeing Thaddeus (who also semi-pretends to be a therapist for troubled youth) since he was seven, and has been brought up to be conniving and manipulative. He does have some compassion, however.
Brief History: Cadel is good at disabling systems of all kinds - from the subway, to the highways, to computer systems. When he was only seven, he ran into massive trouble with the police for hacking into some of his city's high-security computer networks, such as the power grid and a bill paying service.
Reason for Admittance: Cadel has an extraordinarily high IQ. It doesn't hurt, of course, that he's Dr Phineas Darkkon's only child.

Rules:
No "all-powerful" characters - your characters are people, too, they aren't perfect
No "Oh woe is me, the world is a terrible place" monologues unless something legitimate has happened to induce it
Try to stay away from one sentence posts
