The Halloween Consul

Once upon a Halloween's night, as the rest were trick-or-treating, all creatures of the night were coming to life. Witches with their brooms. Vampires and werewolves. Monsters beyond imagine. All of them able to gather for one night under the moon for a party. Or what looked like a party was actually a meeting of the Halloween consul. The head of the consul is a vampire named Cantrol, the grandson of the great Count Dracula. Next is the mummy's daughter, Tutna. And then there was the great werewolf Claws. The last is the daughter the last surviving witch of the Salem witch trails, Victoria. A threat is coming. The churches around are beginning to stop all celebration of Halloween in the small town they live in. What to do? Many wish to leave the town. But they can't. If they leave, they die.

History: She is an immortal and a nightmarish person. Many doll stories are based off of her.
Halloween life: She is kind in her HAlloween life, but always enjoys to scare the crap out of a few people before the night is up.

Appearance: Long thick black hair with green eyes and very tan skin. She looks around 15 and is very tall.

Halloween life: Has gotten a bit old but still enjoys to scare some people, kids mostly.

Amazon: I sighed and looked up my childish face giving an air of misconception to many people. My face, just like a painted porcelain doll, had an always present smile and a happy look in my eyes. I looked up at Victory and sighed again, this one better be better than the last. A few years ago they had turned her beautiful story into a joke, they had turned her into a clown clock. All doll stories started from her, but a clown clock, seriously.
