So the basic idea of User ranks is you can send a message to me AND addy, to ask for a special rank just for you. It would display where it says Admin for the both of us, but it would say what you messaged us instead.

Alright, well this vote has had the time to run it's course, and final vote is 2 yes, 1 no, 1 substained yes. ;p. We'll pass it, and allow people to continue to vote, if the idea goes negative we'll stop offering this, but the people who already had it will maintain it.
