"Shh...Shh...." she murmured into his ear softly, cupping his head with her hand and rubbing his back with the other. This reminded her of when she found Crona in the desert. She shook her head and held him tighter; if that was even possible.

Maka walked into the walkway with Theo. Heads turned towards them and by the look on Soul's face, it looked way different than what it meant. "Guys, Theo needs you to listen to what he has to say." She looked up at him and gave him a comforting smile before letting go of his hand but keeping hers placed on his shoulder.

Maka rubbed her thumb into his shoudler, trying to calm him. She watched everyone's reaction. She looked at Soul first.
Anger.
Fear.
Betrayal.
Through the wavelength she felt worry seeping through him into her.

She looked at Zero.
Emotionless as ever.

She then looked to Luliia.
She was hurt.
Pained.
Scared.
She was close to tears.

"Why didn't you tell us? Were you planning on luring us on this mission so you can finish us off?!" Soul yelled and took a couple of steps forward, his arm already glowing and preparing to morph into it's scythe form.

Maka suddenly pushed Theo behind her and stood in front of him protectively, arms spread out. She locked eyes with Soul's as a silent conversation took place.

Resuri: I stood up, putting my arm across Soul's shoulders to hold him back. "Maybe he was scared of how you'd react." I sighed. "And finish us off? Come on, when has theo ever tried to hurt any of us?"

Maka nodded slowly, not using words but emotions as her speech. She stayed firmly in place in front of Theo. Finally she spoke. "Soul, remember how Crona reacted? He was so scared and upset..."

"Crona ended up betraying you!" he yelled, struggling.

"No, Soul. Crona didn't betray us...We thought he did until..." her voice wavered and tears rolled down her cheeks.

Something in Soul changed. He visibly relaxed, understanding why Maka was acting this way.

Soul looked down, letting his arm morph back. He sighed and shook his head, "Sorry Theo," he said hesitantly. He understood but was still going to keep an eye on him.

Luliia stepped towards Theo. Maka lowered her arms and stepped to the side. Luliia wrapped her arms around Theo in a tight hug. "I believe you." she whispered. Maka and Zero noodded. "We believe you too," they responded, Maka also hugging him.

Resuri: I believed him but, being one of the new one who didn't really know much of anyone, I decided to stay back. Hugs and crap weren't really my think anyway.

"Well when a keshian has a child that childs soul is taken from him, and eaten by the father, or mother. The child must then kill the parent to reclame there soul." I say pausing to let this information sink in "Then when this is done the child will have surpassed the parent making them the better keshian and taking there place. That is also why Maka can't see my soul, and why I can't matxh with a weapon"
