Nikki snarled and spread her wings, acting on instinct as she leapt at him in a black blurr and pinned him to the ground with a flaming dagger so close to his throat that the skin was turning pinkk from the heat.

Nikki snarled, the temptation glowing in her bi-color orbs as she released him, using all her will power to do so. Part of her wanted him dead. To see the life fade from him in front of her and know it was her fault. Part of her would have loved that.
