Samuel rose his gaze from the floor to Eli with a raised brow and a slight slant at the edge of his lip; the closest thing that you would get to a smile unless he was dealing pain.
"That's a matter of opinion, Private," he shrugged, his hands still in his pocket, "Some people may disagree."
His view quickly flickered from Eli's face to the rest of the privates walking over to the centre of the field where they stood. Personally, he wouldn't have picked this to meet, but anywhere was better than Hell.

Eli shrugged off, again he was easily misunderstood. He wondered if there would be any practice fighting. If so he couldn't wait. The relatively young demon both in looks and years alive wanted to prove himself. Not like he needed to.
Zeke rounded them all up, and let them talk a bit. He returned to Eli and Samual. He would soon make his announcement. But demons liked to brag on things they've done. They were selfish creatures.

He sighed, swinging on his feet as he gazed to Zeke and away from the privates that were talking about themselves...again.
"Are we going to start before the other commander and captain gets here? It might seem like we have to, especially if these lot can't be controlled."
Secretly, he smiled to himself; they were demons, of course it was near impossible for them to be controlled. But the small smile that was inside of him always made the time pass a little bit more, rather than dragging like a corpse through cement.

"I guess we will." Zeke said.
Eli wondered he this young looking demon could handle all them.
Zeke said, "Alright, listen up." His voice was loud and clear and he gave a look to anyone who wasn't paying attention, "As you know things meantto stay here are trying to break out! That can't happen, so we the Legion are here to protect the gate. Understood!?"

Samuel looked down to his feet but continued to listen; he just wasn't fond of not being the one that was making all of the orders, especially when one of the commanders was a young girl who was half his height. Either way, he was trying to keep himself from interrupting as he didn't even really have a clue what to say to them so all attempts would be useless.
Slowly, he dragged his gaze back up, looking along the ramble of demons that stood in front of him, attempting to keep a bit of authority in his stare; each one knew that he meant business when it came to it.

"Now if you fail at this job, you're punishment will be coming from me." he smiled. "Don't worry feeling like your dead is far worse than being dead."
Something small came flying towards him. He fought it with one hand, opening up the scroll he quickly read it. He pointed to the commanders, captains, and a few privates, "We are going to the river, the rest of you are patrolling, down lower. Remember what happens if you fail. Dismissed."
He watched as they left.
Eli was one of the few he pointed too, "Before we head up, there will be many humans just newly dead, only go into your demon form when told to do so. No need for premature torture of the pathetic things." he said.
One would not be wise to argue with him on the subject of death, but people did anyways.

Samuel couldn't help but grin. His mind instantly led to a memory, one of somebody that didn't do as he was told and had to report to Zeke. Nothing was heard from him for quite a while, which when you're a demon us actually a rather long time. All that he could remember fully was the instant drain of cockiness from his face, the doomed soul.
But all he could do was watch while a younger demon scoffed at his speech, despite him giving him a look.
"They deserve it though," he chuckled, crossing his arms across his chest, "Let them have it; introduce them to Hell."

Zeke turned to him, "Alright. Don't do your job. You'll be the first one cleaning up, when the beast escapes to the earth. I'd love to see you act this way their." He laughed. "They might deserve it, but not all the people on earth do. So be my guest, don't do your job." His eyes were rather bright with anger, "Don't test me Samuel."

Zeke then gripped the young demon who scoffed by the throat, "Do it again, and I swear, I'll feed you to Lucifer myself."
The young demon grabbed at the hand that was enclosed around his neck, then he dropped to the ground and ran to catch up with a privates who had left.

"Any one else want to test me?" Zeke asked.

Eli could have made a comment but he kept his mouth shut, and began heading up the rings to the river.

It was meant to be that young demon that made the comment, but no biggy

The sight of the pain gave Samuel a little grin; he did love the younger demons thinking that they could uprise against the commander, especially one so close to death himself. It slowly dripped off of his face though as he began to walk towards the river, his hands now tucked neatly behind his back. He was almost in the mood to whistle after watching that, but he just kept a smile on his face as he headed forward.

(oh sorry, i'm stupid...)

Zeke walked on, being the end of the group. He kept an eye on everyone though. As they passed the gluttonous he turned away, those really were his least favorite deaths.
Eli wasn't phased by any of it, he had rid many of the people of the innocence they had when they started the sin. He so to speak made them guilty, thus making them continue on doing it.
When one got down to the bottom of it Eli really was sick and disgusting.
Zeke looked at Samuel as they passed the lustful. These he enjoyed helping die. It was always fun to watch sex go wrong for both. But they deserved it. Everyone in hell deserved what they got.
