Hermes
Looks like Jake Abel he has blondish hair and a devilish smirk he is very fit. He wears jogging clothes tight grey shirt blue basket ball shorts running shows and a backwards ball cap.
He is mad that people are abusing medicine and the Internet and trying to constantly test athletes who are inhumanly fast. The Facebook lawsuit bugged him and he is trying to make technology go backwards. He wants things to go slower so people can enjoy life fas is not always best)

"I wasn't told everything. I'm just a messenger." his phone buzzed and the crest of two snakes on the front began to talk to him. "Have to go talk to Aphrodite again, crashing a website is serious stuff, and my help withthat is always given." he turned and ran off of course he was partially flying.
Poseidon sighed Hermes always liked getting into trouble. He walked into the council room and saw Athena Zeus and Circes. He could only wonder what was going on.
