Foster had not slept in three days. But Griffin finally had all the poison out of him. And according to Foster he should have been waking up.
The sting had now become a circular scar on Griffin's hand.
And since he didn't need to be watched since the poison was gone, Foster took this oppertunity to sleep. He put his legs on the end of the bed, and dozed off. It was a well deserved sleep.
Griffin slowly opened his eyes. He was awake but still a bit paralized, and vision was still fuzzy. Guess the effects needed to go backwards to. But he was awake. He wasn't sure how long he had been asleep or what had really happened. But he knew it probably wasn't good, since when his vision cleared Foster was at the foot of the bed asleep.
Griffin inferred that he was the counselor of the Apollo cabin, but also the best at medicine. He had a small glow coming off him, that Griffin noticed was brighter when he was mad, like a night or however long ago it was.
He tried to sit up, but was unable to move still. At least he could see.

Amaria wrinced as she trudged through the woods, mentally cursing her impulsiveness as she gripped her shoulder where a deep gash reside. She had several other small cuts that wouldn't bother her but the wound in her shoulder was deep and painful. She prayed to whatever god was listening that she made it back to camp.

Griffin saw a bit of light come in through the windows. It must have been morning. Then his stomach growled. He didn't want to wake Foster who looked dead tired. But he did want food. Plus he didn't know if he could move his mouth at the moment.

Foster had a peaceful sleep. But then again he in his opinion was much to tired to dream of anything. He did however know this wouldn't last forever.

Amaria noticed things started to become familiar and felt relief flood through her. Her knees gave out for a minute and she leaned on a tree to catch her breath before standing and pressing on.

Griffin grew tired again and fell asleep but his stomach continued to growl. Another Apollo kid came in and then left, he went to go get food, and to tell Chiron Griffin must have healed enough to where fe didn't need to be constantly watched because Foster had fallen asleep.

David overheard and grinned, relieved.

Amaria came over the hill behind the cabins and walked down the slop, doubting anyone realized she was gone as it wasn't abnormal for her to lock herself in her room for a while after a friend died or was hurt and in this case, both. She slumped against a cabien and closed her eyes.

Griffin woke again at the smell of food in the med cabin. "Food." he choked out.

Foster was still sound asleep he looked quite peaceful. One of the Apollo kids brought him his journal so he had something to do when no one was in the cabin with him. It was open in his lap. No kne dared read it, but if they did they would no it talked about how he worried when Amaria left.

A Herems kid saw Amaria slumping up the cabin and sprinted to the med cabin. He figured Foster should no asleep or not. "Foster!" the kid yelled.
An Apollo kid answered, "Shush he's sleeping and he needs it."
"It's alright I'm awake." Foster said a hit angry clearly being awoke n was not what he wanted.
"It's Amaria she's back and hurt. She leaning up against the back of the Zeus cabin."
Foster jumped off the spiral falling off his lap and onto the floor. "Let's go then." ge foowed the kid out. "Glad you're awake Griffin."
Griffin smiled he was too, but even more so he felt safe in Foster's care.
The Hermes kid brought Foster to Amaria. He walked up. "Amaria, what happened?" he asked as he spotted the wound on his shoulder. It was deep he knew it had ripped into the muscle. But he couple put his finger on the monster. Alot of monsters could do that.

She closed her eyes trying to think. What had attacked her? It seemed fuzzy now. "It was a...a Manticore .. I think...it's hard to remember." She mutted, her brows forrowing together.

Foster lifted her up, carrying her like a husband carries his wife into their new house. Don't try to think to hardly he said. He was delicate with her shoulder as he walked back to the med cabin.
He sat her on a bed, and went to work on her. A look of concern filled his bright blue eyes.
Griffin was able to move his upper half and a few Apollo kids had helped him sit up. He watched Foster carry Amaria in, he had never seen him so concerned for a single person before. But he didn't see him when he got hurt.

"No problem." he smiled. "I owe you one." He helped her sit up. "Griffin woke up."
He looked at Griffin who smiled his smile which had a look of mischief about it when he heard his name. And Aphrodite girl was feeding him. It took a lot of stretch to move his body.

(Gifted!!! If you pop in after you disappeared last night griffin woke up, Amaria got hurt when she ran away. Foster is healed her. Oh and Foster made a deal with a person that has to deal with his uncertainties and what not)

Foster watched them talk and he drifted into sleep again. Tired did not even touch the tip of the iceberg for how he felt.
"What happened to you?" he asked feeling it was a good question he had been unconscious for three days.

Amaria shrugged. "I don't remember. I just know I woke up upset and actually almost got stabbed by a kid when teaching class and then just...took off. I got lost and it's fortunate that I got back here. From what I can remember, I was attacked by a Mantacore."

Griffin rose an eyebrow. He was knew to all the mythology stuff still. "Manticore, that's the dragon humon lion mix thing right?" he asked. He looked down and saw Foster's journal. A kid had placed it at the foot of the bed. Most of them had left now. It took alot of strength but Griffin got it. He read the front easily it was in Greek. The front of the leather book had three lines and read "Foster, Son of Apollo," the third line had newer writing, "Keeping enemies close fools the friends you must keep closer." he opened it, but feared he shouldn't.

Amaria nodded. "The very same." she frowned, knowing Foster wouldn't be happy if he caught Griffen reading his journal. She remembered the last kid who'd done that and shuddered.

Griffin quickly closed it, "I couldn't stand it if I read it. He set it down. And took a sip of water. He almost dropped the glass. But he felt stronger. He took the journal and tossed the worn leather book to her. "Set it on his lap or something." he said.

Griffin shrugged, "Not are I was asleep having a dream about Percy Jackson and Luke Castellan. They were in the Forrest and Luke was leaving he had betrayed Percy and summoned a pit scorpion as it stung Perxy I awoke and noticed the oozing sting on my hand, the same place where Percy was stung. No clue where it came from though. After I saw the sting I know i tried to move but not sure what happened it's all blurry from there." he explained. He trusted her, she knew more than him that was sure.
