Loosey-Goosey or Stricter-Victor?
Ignore the fail of a title.
I was just wondering of everyone's opinion of whether they prefer threads that have a looser plot or have a strong storyline? Me personally, a lot of my ideas consist of strong plots where I know they're going to head roughly, though twists and turns on the way are a bonus, but what about you guys?
Also, what bugs you about a plot? Is there somethings that you'll avoid or read and decide against participating? I know it's impossible to please everyone but I just wanted to ask other people's views.
Of course, feel free to ignore this and use it to talk about something random because nobody cares...

Well,. me personally I like both. Sometimes the loosey goosey kind of thing ends up being very slow and doesn't go anywhere but sometimes it ends up being a lot of fun. The stricter things can be much easier considering you have a set storyline that you can play into and enjoy without the stress of figuring out 'where will this lead us? what will we do next?.... I really don't mind either way but both have there pros and cons... good?

Your opinion, I can't say whether it's good or not, eh?

true.... but is it around the grounds of which you were looking for?
Re: Loosey-Goosey or Stricter-Victor?
Yeah, I guess. Honestly I didn't know what I was looking for, just people's opinions but you didn't have to do a intro, both sides and conc. (The HANDI method as I now am being made to call it :@).

Re: Loosey-Goosey or Stricter-Victor?
I like strict story ines usually because I need to have something to focus on. The thing that really bugs me is when you make up a nice thread with a good plot and it never goes anywhere. Does that mean it's not as good as you though?

I mean like nobody ever looks at it and it get burried and you spent like an hour working on it and you get maybe one other person when you need like eight.

i prefer strict story lines or a place with a good setting other wise it can go crazy and people try to change the creators initial idea. Even though it still happens with threads like that.
