The twins didn't eat the food they were given. But they set up their own tent, that Evan carried, and crawled in, under the blankets that Sean pulled out of his bag. They used their backpacks as pillows.

Saiga, I'm gonna take a wild stab in the dark here, but have you seen the new Harry Potter film/read the books?

Ilia sighed, grabbing her satchel; hers didn't do that, and she didn't liked being called 'Ice Girl', she just hasn't learnt to stop Matt from doing it yet.
"Did I ever tell you that you need to eat five fruits and veg a day? So far you have only about five E numbers..."
The small boy looked up at the girl, a curious look on his face. He seemed...different, like something was missing.
"Okay," he shrugged, "but can I ask something?"
The girl nodded, "Ask away."
"Well," he began, taking a seat on the sand, "I was wondering if you still had what came with the letter. Y'know, the stone?"
"Yeah..."
"I think that we need them soon... I c-can't say too much bu-"
"Who told you not to?" Ilia switched her place, balancing on her knees, "You're Mama?"
Matt shook his head strongly, a small pout placed on his salmon pink lips. He took out a piece of paper from his back pocket before giving it to the girl, still folded.
As she grew more worried, her slim fingers quickly took the letter, beginning to open it. Matt crawled over and began looking over her hands, seeing the letter too.
"I was sleeping one day and then I had a weird dream. The voice told me to go to the clock, so I did. Mama was still sleeping though, but she's usually there to stop it if I have funny dreams like that. The voice told me to take this," he produced a scarlet ruby, "and put it into the slot. That's how I got to the white place; it shut behind me. Then, next thing I know it opens again and you're there with the table cloth around your waist; the flames were because of the stone and I think it makes our talents larger, but we need to take it to the slots, and in my dream before I was here and I saw it, but the sand looks the same to me!"
He began bawling on the floor, his little eyes full of tears. Ilia sighed, wrapping an arm around the boy in comfort, attempting to soothe him.
"Guys! We have an objective! There's something that Matt calls 'the slots'; no idea what it is but I guess that none of us want to stay out here for too long. Personally I'm fine, this is still warm for me..." the last part for manly for her own comfort, but that didn't mean that it wasn't important...to her anyway.
"Ice...?" a sniff came from behind her.
"Yeah?"
Ilia turned around at the sound of her new name being said. Matt had her jewel in hand; an extremely light blue, almost clear.
"Thank you."
She nodded. Slipping on her bag, she put her hand out for the little boy to hold, which he did.
"Everyone ready? We're treking so half-decent shoes! I'm sure Becky has another few pairs in her bag, eh?"

The pair tried to hold back their laughter from the simplicity of Natelie, or as Matt called her, Shadow.
"So, we're just going to walk, we have no real sense on if we're heading in the right direction or not... This is going to work!"
"There's someone there all the time; they're tied to it and can only freely pass into the Otherworld if the stones are placed into the slots..." Matt sighed, beginning to topple over already, "Can you carry me?"
"I think I get it... Sure."
Ilia threw him up and balanced him on her shoulders. He wasn't actually heavy at all, he was just hot whoch when married with the sheer heat of the desert made it rather warm. Thank God that she was Ice.
"Okay..." she murmured.
Her eyes shut slowly as she stopped in her path. The vision blurred again, just a coloured silhouette off in the distance. Good.
"This way," she murmured, going off to the right slightly, "and they're quite a while away."

"Cool it," Ilia muttered.
As she did, her breath grew visible and her feet made cracks each time they took a step. She grimaced intensely.
"Puns are going to be the death of me..."
"Oh well!" Matt chirped, pointing straight infront of them, "It's over there! I remember that thing!"
"Crud."
There, half-buried in the sand, sat an old plane though it remained rusted, holey and generally in a rather bad form. Matt instantly started chorkling about it, saying that he wanted a go on it.

Why don't you say something then. I'm doing all of the action *rolls eyes* I need a bit of imput, y'know, something like a figure or something if you're going to expand on the whole 'blood' thing that I didn't get at first but kinda liking now. Come on people! Do something with the bag or something, just think of something that would make the thread interesting or a view on it that I may not have seen etc.

Sorry, I get carried away with paragraphs, that's why most of my comments on inkpop are 500+ words nowadays...lol.
