Nite sighed and picked up the box of asprin off the table and took one.

Sasuke just watched. He then frowned, leaning forward as his elbows rested on his knees while he held his head. "Nite, what happened to Sakura? I've never seen that happen to her before..."

(i totally forgot about naruto and sakura o-o wow)

Sakura laid in a hospital bed with an oxygen mask on and a heart rate of 115BPM showing on the heart monitor.

Nite rested her head in her hands. "I wish I knew."

Naruto paced the waiting room, desperately wanting to see Sakura.

Sasuke looked deeply worried for his old friend.

A doctor walked up to Naruto.

Sakura's heart rate went up to 130bpm.

Nite sighed. "That was- I just don't know what it was. Like a demon had posessed her- like on the night we all changed." The accident where she, Sasuke and Sakura had crossed paths. She and Sasuke always had dark sides but. "Sakura was his by the blast. The surge in power must've drawn the dark part of her spirit into this world. It's all my fault."

Naruto stood up, looking hopeful.

Sasuke looked to Nite and shook his head, "It's not your fault.."

The doctor sighed, "You can see her but she wont be able to respond..."

Nite nodded. "It happened when our powers crossed, it woke up Sakura's inner demon."

Naruto rushed in.

Sakura didn't -couldn't- respond. Sasuke frowned before gently hugging Nite. "Unless she already was losing control."

"You haven't failed, Nite. What happened to Sakura...I think its been going on for years...." Sasuke said gently. As Sasuke talked to her, Sakura's heart-rate was now at 178bpm.

One word escaped Sakura's sliced lips, "N-Na...ru...to..." Her eyes weakly fluttered open. Meanwhile, Sasuke held Nite in a gentle embrace. "Nite...please listen to me...You. Are. Not. Foolish. Okay? This is not your fault..."

Sakura suddenly held her head, the voice of her inner demon was loud and taunting. She could see her clearly, black hair red eyes pale skin, and would become scared to death. "Get out of my head....Make her stop Naruto please just make her stop...." Sakura begged pitifully. The tears ran down her face hard as small weak sobs left her.

Naruto calaled Nite, she was the one who could walk in minds and talk to demons and junk. He couldn't even get his own Kyuubi to shut up!

Sakura could see the demon more clearly, she was standing in the corner, staring at her with a menacing smile. Sakura's eyes widened as a choked up cry left her. It grinned wider at her before walking over. "Time's up." It laid it's hand on her chest and instantly, Sakura fell limp as a long lifeless drone came from the heart monitor.

Naruto paniced "Oh my god Sakura!!!" Naruto hung up as the EMT's ran in. "Sakura!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Nite heart Naruto screamand then it went dead. "I have to go to the hospital." She said, walking out, not bothering with a coat.
